Floors 4 All is an excellent shop. The staff are helpful and considerate. We visited the shop and saw the make and a lovely design we wanted for some Cushion Floor for our kitchen. The Floors 4 All rep visited us, measured up and gave us the price. We were surprised how reasonable the total price was for the flooring and fitting so we agreed to get the job done.Floors 4 All is VERY highly recommended!

We have just had a carpet fitted in our lounge by Floors 4 all. From the selection in the shop, ably assisted by Simon, to the installation today by Dalton & Jimmy, the experience has been brilliant. The price was great and we just love our new carpet, Festival Silver Shadow. I highly recommend Floors 4 all.

Absolutely amazing service! When it said ?Floors 4 All? I wasn?t expecting them to be able to help with flooring for our Guinea pig cage - how wrong I was. The staff were so helpful, kind and understanding and our Guinea pigs are now much happier! Thank you!!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. My new lawn looks amazing, so real looking and have had so many compliments. So pleased I went with Floors 4 All - Astrotratic. The lads were so helpful and friendly. They even let me have a small offcut of grass to take away for my daughter to use for her art project. Very kind!Will definitely be ordering from them again when I get my front lawn done and have recommended to so many family and friends. Thanks again. ?

Visited a couple of large carpet stores over the last few weeks in Coventry, of which we found that the salesmen were either unhelpful, uninterested & overly expensive!Then we went to Floors4All, where we experienced totally the opposite.The initial salesman (Cameron I think) was very helpful, informative, & made our decision very easy to place our order with them.This was followed up superbly by Andy who came & measured the same Sunday afternoon on his way home!Our new Abingdon Caress carpet in Rioja was then fitted by Matty the following Saturday morning.An excellent experience from start to finish, and as soon as all our other work is completed in our bungalow, we will only be visiting Floors4All in Coventry for all the rest of the carpets we need replacing in the Hall, Bedroom & Kitchen.

Sadly after a friendly in store experience the after care and fitting was very poor.The fitters had managed to pull paint of the skirting board and radiator, but not least left a door propped against a finished wall with no protection between them leaving a dent in the wall too. After getting in touch with Simon, and was told to expect a call back urgently after he had talked with the fitters.An email complaint with images was sent to them the next day, and after three weeks of non contact, I finally received an email stating they tried to call the next day, sadly this was either poor timing with their service provider or a lie, as no contact was attempted.The customer service went down hill after the email was suggestively blaming me for a poor finish and that its inevitable you will get damage and paint rub like the images below when you get any carpet fitted. I have still had no response about the idiotic placement of the door and damage that caused.Sadly after a couple of emails it is clear that unless the fitters heavily damage the room with the tools, then they want nothing to do with it, nor will they entertain any form of reimbursement for the time and paint wasted. Please bear in mind we used quality COAT paint and there was a 4-5 week buffer for the paint to fully cure after being sanded and primed. Sadly since this experience I have now had several people comment the same and similar issues about them, and advised to look into other options such as Carpet Right etc, when I would much rather go to a local independent company.

We always use floors 4 all for our carpets .but they have surpassed them self's this time .we had a problem with the carpet we ordered a hall carpet but we had miss measured it .then after we had reordered it the supplier let them down with the delivery date so Eddie either volunteered or was volunteered to go on a 3 hour round trip to collect it .thanks Eddie.

Everyone at Floors 4 All are brilliant! Would give more than 5 stars if there was an option! Had a carpet supplied and fitted by the team and they did such a fabulous job, we went back and got AstroTurf. Couldn't recommend the shop enough to anyone needing new flooring! Special shout out to Andy and Kiam! They both went above and beyond for us!
