Absolutely rubbish service ,My parcel was scanned into the depot and has "Gone Missing" No app updates in days regarding my delivery!I've had to try to sort out a refund from the company whom I placed the order with originally because of this!.

I purchased a bag for my granddauhter from Zara online. The order was placed on 10th March. I receied a message that the order will be delivered to my address 1-3 The Burges Coventry CV1 1HN.On 13th March, I tried to track my parcel and it said it was delivered with a photo of some door of an office or entry to some flats. My address of 1-3 The Burges is for Cat Ballou originals Ltd the school uniform shop. The door shown on the proof of delivery is not our address. We get daily deliveries from DPD, DHL, Fedex, Amazon and other couriers and have never had a lost parcel or delivered to a different address.It seems that the Evri driver definitely delivered it at some different address.You cannot speak to a person just a Robot.How do I know if the driver just took a picture of any random door and then took the parcel himself. How is it possible for them not to check on google that 1-3 The Burges is a retail shop named Cat Ballou.

Very careful Evri driver seat in car and take photo delivery evidence but I was not receive my order on Evri account showing me delivered I informed Evri thy will investigate for me but I don?t give give up I will take this scammer driver to the court be careful.please see the delivered photo he just drive and take photo from my street I have evidence cc camera on my house I will go to Monday Evri head office and I will speak management

If I can give a 0 then I would, tell your driver that dispatches near Walsgrave hospital if he drops off the 2 cov tops I'll give him a tip and if I can I'll edit the rating to 3 star, I've been chasing for a while about this and have approached the football club on two occasions if this doesn't get rectified I'll be getting the police involved in all honesty as this should be a criminal offence.

By far the worst delivery company ever existed. And you can't even contact them by email or phone call, because all they have is chatbot and it's the most useless thing ever. I have lost 2 parcel already because of them!!! Trying to avoid them is hard because the sender will mostly use the cheaper company to deliver.

Shockingly bad company. Unable to track return item, although I know it has not been received by retailer ( it was sent in January!) Customer services not contactable, cannot find complaint procedures, online chat not fit for purpose. Would NEVER use this company again and would advise others to avoid at all costs. Complete scam artists.

Do Not use Evri! I left my back at hotel and set up an order with Evri to pick it up and deliver to my home address 2 weeks ago. I have received nothing! The tracker says a problem finding the pickup address which is a well known hotel. I phoned and spoke a person who said everything was correct addresses wise and she would contact the depot and be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago and I?ve heard nothing. Now the automated voice says an investigation is open and I?ll receive notice. Again nothing for 2 weeks! Tried the live chat and still nothing. I don?t know what else to do!

Worst company. Problem with the courier. didn't deliver the package first, a day later I asked for the package to be delivered to the point and unfortunately it did not arrive there either because the package with the shoes was too big. No customer support at the depot.

Worst and pathetic service. Ordered from JD sports and guess what? States "Delivered with a photo of the road" and that's it... No whereabouts about the parcel. No customer service.. No tracking system... Am still. Wondering why companies such as JD sports, Super dry use Hermes Logistics...
