Got my euros and also exchanged them back with KellyHU. She was absolutely lovely and remembered me on my return even though it was more than a week since I?d last been. She must see a lot of people but she asked me all about my trip and remembered small details like how it was my first snowboarding holiday. This is a personal touch you don?t get very often anymore and it was really refreshing.

Visited today 10/02/24 around 1630hrs.. When I asked the lady serving why the sell rate she was quoting was higher than the one displayed at the desk she patronisingly informed me that was an online rate. Why display the online rate in a walk-in shop? Unnecessary complexity. She said life was about complexity?! She seemed an embodiment of that mindset. This is clearly desinged to mislead the customer by displaying an attractive rate but then selling at a higher rate. Very underhand. So I took my business elsewhere. Would have ignored the price difference had her response not been nauseatingly patronising. Best avoided.

This is now officially the worst run money shop. A total lack of communication between the HQ and Coventry office.I sent an email and called the shop after placing my order that I wanted to pick up the money in single dollar bills and on both occasions, there was a confirmation that my order will be satisfied.On getting to the Coventry shop, the lady said none informed them that my order was to be picked up in single dollar bills. This made the money useless to me since it won't satisfy what it was needed for.Basically, I had to leave the money in store till my actual order is satisfied

3 members of staff behind counter, 1 customer was typing his details in while 2 of them discussed who served me while other just sat there. Then women tells me go to till then bloke says no behind bloke was there. Not got time to be messed around be staff who argue who serves people while sits and watches

One staff member operating on a Saturday is incredibly odd. The lady was swamped but she didn't need to tell us to bog off and refuse service. Avoid this place!

The rate is good, and the customer service was amazing.I got attended by Kani, she was absolutely helpful, friendly and supportive. She is the kind of person you would look forward to attending to you on a Saturday morning.Such a great energy and vibe. I will surely come back to this office because of her.

The rate is good, easily booked via the Internet. Collection was a little disappointing. Microphone not switched on so unable to hear. Euro's provided in a large envelope and sealed in plastic. I expected it to be checked and counted, although it was correct. No small note-sized wallet available to put in an inside pocket or leather wallet. Rate means I will return so maybe I am being fussy!
