Such a shamblesIve closed my account as soon as I could move to another supplier but every time I ring up to pay the final bill they give me a different amount which never matches the online billIve ended up paying more than I was told I owed just to be done with themThe call centre staff all seem to not have the same info some helpful some aggressiveWouldn?t bother with them plenty of better energy suppliers
