I wish really to give this Eon a zero or negative point.The most cheating company ever. The problem is that the authority of Birmingham city gives Eon the all rights to steal our money and break in our property and do what ever they want.I made hundreds of complaints against this Eon, through Eon system and through the authority of Birmingham city.But no chance to stop the biggest thief ever (Eon Energy).

Useless 4 months of getting details wrong plus sending me the previous tenants bill to my contact details and having to constantly ring and email to be told it's done and then back to square one. Save a headache and go with someone else.

AVOID EON ENERGY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT RATING for just looking online at energy prices after 30+ hrs on phone being hung up on dozens of times given email addresses that reply back blocked I'm still no closer to finding out why I'm not a customer I don't have a account as soon as I mention this to customer services they hang up put on hold for 45+ mins then hang up or transfer you to then be hung up on ...eon don't care if they RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE EVEN WHEN YOUR NOT A CUSTOMER... AVOID IF YOU WANT TO STAY CREDIT WORTHY

Would give this zero stars if I could!After an exchange of some 36 emails, to both the CEO and NotHappy as well as customer services I can honestly say that I have never experienced service so poor. To date I have still not received an response from the CEO.I had requested repeatedly for an engineer to visit my 90 year old uncles home to understand why his bills are in excess of £150 a month !!!! A man living alone is now stopping almost all of his heating because this company is hiding behind Covid and refusing to install a smart meter or send an engineer to investigate free of charge to find out what on earth is going on.I would never recommend this company and suggest that everyone does not both attempting to get in touch with their pathetic effort that is called customer service.

I first emailed Michael Lewis, CEO, on 19th May, then wrote a letter to him at Coventry on 9th June then another letter to him at Leicester on 29th June regarding an unresolved complaint. I have not received a response or acknowledgement to any of this correspondence. I consider this rude and unacceptable from a company this size. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Would give it 0 stars if I could but its not an option. Been cut off every time i discussed my bill but they more than happy to stay on the line when its time to take your money.

Trying to rob me of money by sending a final bill with an estimated reading on. When I tell them the actual reading they say they can't change it because it's my new suppliers fault. Awful company that lie all the time. Actually had one person tell me I'd give them a reading from 3 days in the future. It just shows how they make it up as they go along. He soon put me on hold and the call "dropped" yeah I'm sure it did.

I'm not surprised that all the E.on locations only have 1 star, my own experience with this company is shocking, their customer service is second to none, and i mean you would get better service with any other company you go to, their customer service is almost none. Hello if you are an E.on employee, please find me in your complaints process and prod the complaint manager, he's not answering any of my emails.
