I must say their customer service is not up to the par, the junior staff are always there to help but there is one Asian senior or lead who tends to not like international students or at least I felt he is being rude. There is one lady trying to help me the other day regarding my sim upgrade to unlimited plan. She took my phone number and checking some details, then that Asian guy came in between and started whispering to the lady something. I felt very weird, then he told me that I can do all of this by calling 150. I don?t understand one thing, why not every employee is not on the same page in this store? They must have same answers right? One says I?ll help, the other says call that number? Why do you need stores and employees when everything can be done by ?CALL 150?. I would gone out of store with no problem if the store is busy and all the 5-10 employees were occupied.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mustafa at EE Coventry, and I must say, his customer service is truly outstanding. Not only did he address all my concerns promptly and efficiently, but his great sense of humor added a delightful touch to the experience. Mustafa goes above and beyond to ensure customers not only get what they need but also leave with a smile. Kudos to Mustafa for making my visit to EE Coventry a memorable and enjoyable one

Yesterday I was attending the Ee stores in Coventry I was very well received by Brother Tony and I hope they all get more experience from him He was fully competent in his work I was very happy to see people like him working there

Switched from Lebara to EE months back from here as they assured me they had the best network coverage in UK.But I'm not happy with the network as I don't get signal where I work in gaydon.Also, I wasn't able to get network in Coventry and make calls for around 3 days in the past 90 days. I visited this place for help and it took them 30 minutes to notice me, they replaced my SIM with a new one. ignored me for another 30 minutes and then asked me to wait for few days to get network.I don't want to give a 1 star review as some of the staff members did try to help and I feel the issue is with EE and not necessarily this location.

Cant understand why people have left good reviews here. Visited the store a few weeks ago as my phone is broken, wanted to check whether it was covered under a warrantee. When arriving i asked could I please talk to someone as my phone is broken, the 1 staff ember says No we don't do that here. I explained that I was just wanting to check if it was under warrantee. He proceeded to be rude to me acting like I just ruined his day. Then eventually I told him the phone currently isn't under my name. He was extremely rude amd just told me to go away. Basically extremely rude and unhelpful service.

My auntie had her phone stolen that day so we went into EE, We was served by Clifford. His attitude towards other staff was appalling. There was a new girl that was there and was really helpful and he came and took over, he was stood over her the whole time and you could see this made her uncomfortable. He was moaning to us saying he was actually supposed to be going home but instead he has to help us out. He showed no sympathy towards my auntie and was rushing the whole thing. He then ended up charging her more than what was originally stated. We then told him we think he?s rude and that he treated the new girl wrong and he just laughed it off. I really hope that girl is okay and I really think higher management need to observe the staff in that shop. Would not return.

This store is full of cheaters . I came on Saturday 24th June in the afternoon to inquire about sim only service . I was sold £16 a month for £25gb and made me sign everything however when I went home I looked at contract properly it said £21 a month . So I came to store again after couple of hours and the person named Tony who sold me this contract and store manager Adil was there . Store manager is extremely rude and unhelpful and definitely do not deserve to handle this store . They didn?t admit their mistake and I had to get police involve . I am still in the process of breaking contract and situation not resolved. Do not come here .

Absolutely apauling service, they made me wait for over 35 minutes in the store just to pick up a phone that had been processed without even helping me and telling me to seat down cause they were busy but I could clearly see some of them seating and chatting. To make it worse I had a crying 2 year 9ld with me. I was very disappointed with the service
