Staff at the café were lovely. Staff helping me with curtains were wonderful ?
Sadly one member of staff was unhelpful when I asked about the 'slight seconds' towels; didn't know much and didn't offer to go and find out ? and then I had to use the self scan, most annoying!

Went to Dunelm as I regularly do and was greeted with these new self checkout tills. They scan the item multiple times and then I have to wait for someone to remove it. Very poor.
Also as I was walking through the store, I overheard a manager scolding her employee, for everyone to hear. Extremely unprofessional and if this is the management it makes sense why everyone in the store looks miserable xx

xxxxxxx NOW SELF SERVICE CHECOUTS xxx what a shame. Not everyone wants to use a machine, I could have ordered from home online. I wanted to physically see the products I was buying and be served by a real PERSON at a checkout station.

I went to the store in search of a 1ltr x 4 bottle rack. The staff immediately took me to the one I had seen on the Dumelm web site. Sadly it was for Pint bottles and no litres.
The two lady assistants really went out of their way to find me something that I would be able to carry my four one liter bottles. I came from the store with a handled wire basket that has more than fitted my need.

IF possible I would give 0/5 star!!!!!!
NEVER go shopping at this shop! We bought a mini dehumidifier here, but we took it back to return it because the dehumidifier didn't work. Also, we were still within the deadline of 28 days to return the item. However, the staff at the cashier was very rude and unfriendly and refused to return the item. The reason given by the staff was that we had plugged in the dehumidifier, which we could not accept. Then the shop manager came out and told us that she cannot accept this as a reason for returning the goods. This is a violation of the shopper's rights, so please do not go to this shop.

Went to Dunelm in Coventry today and had 5* service from Becki. Nothing was too much trouble for her and customer service like that is hard to come across these days.
