Given detailed explanation of all options. Did the electronic mattress selection test and tried the mattress selections. All fabric and headboard options shown. All in all cannot fault the service.

I purchased a mattress from here recently and both Mark and Louise were absolutely amazing. I went to Dreams and didn't need to go anywhere else as Louise and Mark were able to sort me out with my Dream Mattress and also do me an amazing deal. I was respected and really looked after and Louise couldn't do enough for us. Thank you.

Thanks to Tommy for talking us through the different mattresses, letting us try them out repeatedly, being really knowledgeable about your stock (right down to the different number of springs) and not upselling or putting pressure on us to buy the most expensive mattress. We went to Gallagher retail park fully intending to look at mattresses in both bed shops. We didnt need to - we got a great mattress at a brilliant price. Unreservedly recommend this branch of Dreams if you want a good night's sleep ?.

Rob was an absolute delight to speak to in store. After a tiring day of bed shopping at rival stores, he was a breath of fresh air. I had a fantastic experience at Dreams thanks to Rob. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish ? friendly, patient, and very informative. Rob clearly has a lot of knowledge about the products and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right choice. It?s rare to meet someone who is both professional and genuinely helpful, but Rob ticked both boxes. I left feeling confident and well looked after. We were greeted by Kidd as soon as we entered the store. He asked what we were interested in and when we said a new mattress he asked what we were using at the minute and what we were hoping to change it to. He did an analysis then gave us a clean pillow each (which smelt amazing) and got us to try out different beds. He was happy for us to go back to ones we?d already tested to make sure we were happy with our choice. He provided us with coffee and water straight away. His customer service was brilliant(no pressure selling at all) and made us both feel very comfortable during our time in the store. He also told us about the 100 day return if we weren?t happy and needed to try it for something else. Would definitely use that store again. Thank you for great service!

We were introduced to Mac, he was very knowledgeable about the items we were interested in.
Mac explained the technical differences between brands, and answered any questions we had with confidence.
At no time did we feel rushed or pressured, into making a purchase and we were left alone to take our time to make our decisions.
We made our purchase but not before being offered drinks and having good banter with Mac, the whole experience made a pleasant change to other pressure sales we have encountered.
