Ordered from here yesterday because I hadn't had takeaway pizza in a while and fancied treating myself. The service itself was fine, my order arrived rather quickly. I thought it was a bit odd but brushed it off since I thought it was because I lived fairly close. I wish I hadn't eaten as much as I did, because I woke up the following night/early morning feeling awful. I was really hot but had chills at the same time, and I felt so nauseous. Suffice to say I ended up actually being sick so I think I got food poisoning from this place because it was all I had eaten that day. Will probably avoid or at least be hesitant from now on.

I found a hair in my food from this dominos,said they would refund and never did,needs new owners because who ever runs it at the moment doesn?t give 0 shits for the customers.Unfortunately I can?t choose where I order my food from for delivery it?s whatever is closest or I would choose another store

I am appalled by the service at Domino's on Gosford Road, Coventry. On 02/12/2024 at 10:53 PM, frnd placed a order for a vegan pepperoni pizza, clearly marked as such. However, was given actual pepperoni instead, which violates dietary restrictions and deeply affects religious beliefs that forbid consuming such products. This careless mistake is unacceptable and shows a lack of training or concern for customers' requirements. Such negligence not only breaches trust but also disrespects individuals' ethical or religious practices. Domino's needs to address this issue immediately and ensure it doesn?t happen again. Truly disappointing!

Guy on till has zero common sense, specified twice i want fake pepperoni pizza. Made me a normal pepperoni which I cant eat for religious reasons. Argued me on the phone too, im containing myself for religious reasons otherwise I wouldnt have let it go so easily. Never again
