“My recent experience at B&Q left me with some notable impressions, both positive and negative. Here's a detailed review:B&Q offers a good selection of products, and I found their product quality to be generally high. It's essential to have a range of choices when tackling various DIY projects, and this store certainly caters to that need. However, I did notice that some products were a bit on the expensive side, and the prices didn't always seem justified, especially when compared to similar items available elsewhere. It's crucial for a store to strike a balance between quality and affordability, and in some instances, B&Q's pricing left me questioning whether I was getting good value for my money. One area where B&Q shines is its wood cutting service. This is a valuable service for DIY enthusiasts, and I found it to be efficient and convenient. It's evident that the store goes the extra mile to assist customers with their projects. However, it's important to note that the wood cutting service can be quite crowded on the weekends, which can lead to longer wait times. It would be advisable to plan your visits accordingly to avoid peak times if possible. Moreover, the staff at B&Q were generally friendly and approachable. Helpful and knowledgeable staff can make a significant difference in a customer's shopping experience, and I appreciated the level of service provided. In summary, B&Q offers a decent selection of products with good overall quality. However, some items may be on the expensive side, and the pricing isn't always justified. The wood cutting service is a standout feature, but it can be crowded on the weekends, so plan your visits accordingly. The friendly staff enhance the shopping experience. If you're in need of DIY materials and assistance, B&Q is worth considering, but it's a good idea to compare prices for certain items before making your purchase.”

“Found what I wanted but problems when I went to pay. All the self service tills weren't working and only 1 till open and there was a problem with the customer that was being served and queues started to build up. Eventually they opened another till but could have done it a bit sooner.”
