I've been going to Diamond cuts for a while now. Finally found my favourite salon in Coventry. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The service is great. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Always pleased and come out smiling feeling better whether I've had a manicure, facial, massage or hair styling and colour. Kayleigh and her team are amazing. The drinks are a great bonus and treat. They always go the extra mile. Looking forward to my next appointment.Services: Hairstyling

I went to this place to do my lashes and received a horrible service, lashes were looking good during first 4-5 days, but after they started falling off and in a week time I had none left. She does not use individual lashes but 3-4 bunch of lashes together which makes her work poorer. Moreover, when I visited her I was wearing my nike jacket (worth of £60) and she did not use any covers which was a little bit unhygienic (and risky which I realised later). when the session was finished and I got up to check my eyelashes she went like ?oh where is my eye lash glue??, she ruined my jacket and as a help offered me to go to her salon and get a glue remover from her which would cost me another £20-£25 as I don't live nearby. When I complained she dealt with my complaint unprofessionally by attacking me and not even trying to find other workaround. Not recommended, disgusted with her customer service! Unprofessional and not worthy! I wish I have never visited her.

I went in for a dry trim and left 10 minutes later having been charged £19.50. I did have a coffee but it took me longer to drink that than it did to cut my hair! Certainly won't be returning.Service: Hairstyling

This hairdressers is just so welcoming as soon as you step through the door. I had some colour work done with kayliegh and showed her what I was after as I wanted to go a bit lighter and she worked her magic it was perfect, the cut was also great just what I was after and had so many complements on it, I have been going there since.Services: Hairstyling

First time going to this salon and had my hair done by Kayleigh. Honestly couldn?t be happier with my hair, I went from dark brown to having light blonde put in. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got it perfect! Not only this but she was so welcoming and genuinely is such a lovely lady, as is Nicole who another lovely lady that works there. I used Diamond cuts for the first time and I have never received such a service. The atmosphere was so positive, everyone was so friendly, Lucy is so passionate. Most importantly, I left the salon not only extremely happy with my cut but also feeling like a queen. Lucy perfectly understood what I want doing. I went to this salon after seeing an offer on eyelashes as the lady has not long qualified. She was such a perfectionist and very gentle. The girls are very friendly and welcoming and good fun, I will definitely be returning. P.s love the quirky little birds in the salon
