10 OUT TO 10!!!I had to deliver a parcel to my friend in usa andThe royal mail had a problem with the sistem and they didn't took my package,I was so exhausted and i spent all day just desperate!When i went to ryman they explained me how to scan and put my details in to the System andWith a cheaper price they delivered my package in 3 days in usa!!!Amazing!Will use it again to send parcels !Dhl service is amazing!Ryman customer service is amazing !!

Absolutely rubbish. Paid for Saturday delivery and the item finally arrived Monday. Tried calling and using the online chat to get them delivered on Saturday but could not speak to a person just round and round on a circle of being ignored. Will never use again

I've never been witness of such rudeness and ignorancy. First thing wasn't even hello but "whats your reference number". Customer service line for DHL is honestly horror. I've actually told driver that I will pick up my parcel from depot, then I've found out that depot is in the centre of Coventry, no thank you. I've then rescheduled delivery for today online, and they canceled it without asking... This customer service is disgraceful, I am very much disgusted by behavior of these people. I am not going to use them anymore.
