Specifically drove 20 miles to order bed that we saw online with particular colour. One staff member was quick to say you have to order this online & no conversation to show an alternative or similar colour etc.. Poor salesman ship. We then bought from furniture village. Hunger for my business.

Absolutely shambolic service.
The experience in store was great, the team at coventry, Gallagher park were more than happy to help with anything we asked of them.
However, the system we used to order the sofa was faulty so the order went through incorrectly, even though we did it in store with the sales reps showing us pictures as they itemised the order. We then were chastised by the customer service rep when the wrong sofa design was delivered, trying to make out it was our fault and there would be an extra £150 charge for the change, which is absolutely criminal.
We then heard nothing from the customer service side of the business. Being anxious we then went into store who voided the extra payment and ensured the replacement sofa was on order.
When the replacement sofa (2-3 months after original delivery) was delivered they delivered the wrong rug but correct sofa. So 2 failed deliveries.
We got them to take the rug back but didn't hear anything about a replacement etc so, after another month of waiting, went back in store where they assisted us again and managed to get a delivery date for us. When the rug came it was the same incorrect one we had sent back, the delivery drivers weren't surprised and confirmed it was a picking error.
So once again we sent it back with the drivers and awaited the replacement. The van came today and once again, for a THIRD time!!!! The rug was incorrect... at this point it's just stressing us out and is a severely poor from the company.
We've not had anybody reach out to us to explain anything, the customer service line takes about 6 hours on hold or if you select the call back option they just don't call...
We've had no compensation or any sort of customer service, would not recommend and absolutely disgusted by the way we've been treated.

Very poor quality and workmanship. Nothing like they used to be.
The customer service is very poor, rang up numerous times about my swivel chair.
I?ve had the sofa for 2 years and they aren?t willing to help. Just passing me from pillar to post. Absolute jokers!

I Ordered a sofa with a guaranteed delivery before christmas unfortunately that meant they used there delivery partner humber services who gave me a time slot of 12-3pm delivery witch then changed to 6-9pm witch was fine until it got to 9pm and my sofa wasn't delivered the next day I had contact from dfs coventry manager saying they attempted to deliver my sofa at 9:40 at night and that i wasn't home he sent me a photo of the door they knocked and it wasn't my front door also he claimed that they tried to phone me witch they didn't terrible lying delivery company in this situation I would expect that the delivery would be rearranged for the next day but no the manager at dfs claimed that he couldn't get hold of anyone at there delivery company which is ridiculous they then offered me a date on 4th of January which at that point was no good as we had already got rid of our sofa so we had to spend christmas and new year with no sofa to sit on very unprofessional company I don't blame dfs for this I blame humber delivery services there bad communication and awful delivery service cost dfs this order as I cancelled the order and went to a local sofa company were they were far more professional I will never use Dfs Again as I bought my last 4 sofas from them this was not good enough they have gotten worse over the years I would strongly recommend that no one else uses dfs for the amount of stress they caused me over the christmas holiday awful company honestly go use the smaller sofa companies for a better service and delivery

Awful - do not purchase your sofa from this store ! I have been left now paying for a expensive sofa for the last four months purchased the very best in brand and quality - apparently also
Purchased was contrasting footstool £499 that was damaged on delivery then replaced , refused replacement , both taken away and still no foot stool which I?ve paid for ! Keep calling CS at Dfs keep being promised call from Darren store manager Coventry , nothing , he?s away, his wife?s car is faulty and didn?t attend promised call out , other area store managers called , can?t do anything it?s just all about responding to the ?Job Ticket? there terminology , that?s allocated , so it?s seen as responded too.
Sofa purchased had top spec of filling , has been replaced and it?s still caving in various spots! CS response is very hit and miss meanwhile I?m still paying for a £3,000 sofa that?s is of substandard quality. I asked within the 14 day cooling off period could they collect and return was told give us the opportunity to rectify this - and if your not happy then we can discuss further ! Nope then I was told three weeks after they came out too look at it , it was the way I might be plumping it? Really I had a sofologyy sofa (same company ) for 10yrs immaculate , donated to well known charity raised over £550 , so I elk looked after it must of been in good order too sell on ? only reason for new sofa moved and downsized home ! Been left with sofa of many parts (hardly new) and still no footstool - I?m still chasing Darren store manager of Coventry , still no call back ! Why would DFS allow this too carry on - they state all calls are recorded and monitored - really your obviously not listening too my calls ?

Bought a sofa from there and regretted it instantly. We were missold the sofa and the arm keeps falling off, which is dangerous because I have a kid in the house and the arms are quite heavy. DFS has refused to do anything impactful about it and was told that was how it was designed. Instead , telling us to pay an addition 40% of the original value (£2,300) of the sofa to get it replaced. They are a disgrace. I will advice you stay away from this retailer
