I walked in yesterday ready to buy a fridge freezer.
We picked the one we liked and told the assistant we would like to buy it, easier said than done unfortunately!
Ideally I would liked to have paid for it and taken it with me, but that isn't possible, OK I'll pay for it and pick it up when it's available, again not possible.
It can only be delivered at an extra cost, also it would mean taking a day off work as the the delivery is from 7am-7pm.
It can be delivered on a Saturday, but that's another extra cost.
We went elsewhere and managed to get a fridge freezer at a lower price!
Hence i will not be going back to currys again!

Shocking customer service in this curry?s store they all need communication training.
I brought something back but they refused a refund because the box was open, where is the logic behind this policy, of course your going to open the box.
Remember this you won?t be able to return anything or receive I refund of you open the box.
Absolutely clueless, that?s why no one goes to curry?s anymore, go to Argos or Amazon. Stay away!!!

Tech. Person at Curry's Retail park was not helpful at all. They said phone will be returned without fix. I insisted for repair & finally it was repaired. 0 rating for Tech. Team at Curry's Retail Park. Awful experience.
