One of the largest electronics retailer in the UK. They have very spacious shops at almost all the cities.I have been to this shop several times. Ample parking space. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good place for the purchase of all electronic goods. They have online service also. So if the items are not in stock, we can order online or they will arrange the item at the shop on next working day.

Absolutely nightmare, online order crashed after finance approved, and then the order wouldn't process. Went in, told them the problem, and what I was told by the finance people. They put the order through, applied for finance again, and told me to come back the following day. Came back. There was no order even though i had the receipt they printed for me. They then tried to put the order through again and told me to come back again!!! At this point, I'm losing my cool, so I paid cash because I couldn't be without a fridge for any longer. No apology, no offer of a discount due to messing me around.Then another sales agent who was listening in told me that if I ordered again, I would have the same problem. I can only assume this has messed up my credit status due to multiple requests for the same product. I assured them I would not be back. Ever.

Went to get a printer for my husband. We went late on a Sunday afternoon and there were loads of staff available to help. Hubby got all his questions answered and chose his printer.I bought some ink for my eco tank printer while I was there, and the prices are reasonable in there.I waited to pay, one person in front of me and two behind. The person serving was dealing with a rather complicated transaction, and I waited over 15 minutes to be served. By this time, a queue was building and we were all getting fed up as there were so many staff just standing chatting to themselves.Finally one jumped on and served the queue.

One of the nicest currys stores I've visited. It's a very large store. Its has a good energy. You can find thousands of products from televisions to gaming computers, from refrigerators to smart watches. I traveled with pleasure. Computers, smart watches, televisions. I sat on the gaming chairs and checked their quality. I looked through the products without getting bored. However, I think there should be more campaigns in this store. I think this store should have a cafe. Sales staff were engaged. There were enough staff inside. The store was quiet. I have shopped here before. I also returned the product without any problems.

It?s been almost 2 months since I ordered a vacuum cleaner on the 28 APR 2023 but have still not received it till this day. I was told that I?ll receive my product within a few days, however, even after waiting an extra week, I still hadn?t received or got an update about my order. On the 16 MAY 2023 I went to the store directly to collect my product, but they said it hadn?t shown up yet; and that they?d let me know in a week. It?s been a month since then but still not even a response. I?ve already visited the store 3 times, emailed the manager and customer service, but I still don?t know if my product has arrived or if it has been delayed. They didn?t even tell me how long it would take! A confirmation, reply or at least update on the product would give the customer some peace of mind but none of that either. Why would you even ask for my contact details if you aren?t going to update me? I went back to the store on 06 JUN 2023 and told them about my situation so the manager Ms Donna re-ordered it. She clearly wasn?t suited as a manager, as she did not have the qualities or the skill for it! Since it was re-ordered, she said it would arrive in a week and yet again it has been over two weeks! Even she said that she would report to me, but the manager herself didn?t! Are all Curry?s PC staff like this?! They?re just trying to fool the customers! If you couldn?t have given me my order, you should have just given me my money after a week. You have my money and are making profit off it, but I still have not received my product or even a single notification about its status. Is this the world?s renowned customer service of Curry?s PC? Please do not make other customers struggle like you made me!

Quiet period of the day. Loads of staff standing around chatting or looking at their phones. At no time was I approached to see if I needed help (stood looking around as I wished to buy a laptop). Thought I'd go and look in other sections with the same result. Yes, I could have asked, but like them, I couldn't be arsed.

Rubbish. Needed a simple power supply for a monitor urgently. Was helpfully told by a staff member, 'We don't sell.those sort of things here, try screwfix!'What's the matter with electrical retailers these days...ok. if I want to buy an overpriced smart TV at 30% plus interest then that's fine, but, please please, whatever happened to customer aftercare?

I ordered a cooker the other day payed for them to deliver and install it. They delivered the completely wrong colour and when i came to the store with all the reciepts and documents the manager ( Donna) laughed at my mums face and told her they can?t help because it?s just the store light. The colour difference is so clear i was shocked she said that, because it clearly isn?t the light. She knew my parents couldn?t speak good english and was just laughing and smiling when we tried to explain the problem. The other workers working agreed with me by the way but they said they can?t assist me further because the manager said so. I will take legal action because there?s no way i?m buying a £600 cooker and they don?t even give me the one i ordered. The staff were so useless they didn?t help at all.

Went in to collect a microwave combi oven I'd bought online. Bit of an odd...click on the button when you arrive app to add you to queue. I was number one so no queue. Told to go to front of store to collect...a bit vague in such a large store! Even vaguer when it turns out collections aren't at collections and returns as marked on wall...turning right after entering, but actually at pay here...turn left! All in all efficient but poor instructions.
