The after sale service was brilliant.Mr Dave the boss is a wonderful honest person in this field.Like many plp has said the lady at the counter she is very polite believe she is very professional also.They give me all the options before making the payments and after everything was explained so clearly then Mr Dave accepted my money.I've known them from Avon St and to come this far it's all being honest and customer care.Dave got all his good manners from his mother. Bless her she knew how to treat customer well.God bless the family

I was in need of some turf last minute. Phoned up at 8am and asked if I could have 35m2 delivered the same day. The man on the phone said it was no problem at all. Turf was with me before 11am.Fantastic service for such a last minute request.

Have used CT&L a few times. Service is always excellent, with quality and value products. The staff from the sales team to the delivery drivers are friendly and knowledgeable and can't do enough to help. Highly recommended.

Recently used Coventry Turf for 2 tonnes of top soil in prep for laying new turf in my garden. Great product, very helpful over the phone, I'd definitely recommend!

Ordered 4 bulk bags on 23rd 1500 Friday, then I called them on 27th 1000 Tuesday because didn't receive any email or calls. So organised delivery to drop off on the 29th Thursday. Thursday came and at around 1600 receive an email to say that my order will not be delivered today (Thursday) so again........called them to see what's going on. Organised again for 30th Friday morning first thing, and nothing came.Eventually did come and left against my fence at the end of my drive and i can just about get my car on the drive.Not the best service I've had.

Everything seemed good at first, delivery excellent etc. Purchased their topsoil ( 3 jumbo bags ) and premium turf, looked great when laid. Two weeks later, and everywhere you look it's a mass of toadstools. Absolute rubbish product, too late to send it back of course.

In the last 4 weeks have ordered 88 rolls of Rolawn medallion turf, 4 bulk bags of topsoil, 2 bulk bags of soil conditioner and a bulk bag of Cotswold stone chippings. Extremely satisfied with the quality of products (especially the turf, it looks incredible now it is established!) and customer service was great - easy to communicate with, polite and helpful. The guy who delivered the turf was very helpful, chatty and friendly.The soil conditioner had a few odd bits in there that perhaps shouldn't be (looked a bit like bits of plastic bag) but I imagine that's more likely from the general public not composting the right stuff, which probably eventually ends up in this sort of product.I think some of the bad reviews on here might be getting this reputable company confused with another company with a similar name (who do not have a location on google/ability to be rated, but do have a huuuge list of complaints on trustpilot!) who I initially mistakenly ordered from - terrible quality turf, not sized correctly, aggressive staff during communication etc. However Coventry Turf and Landscaping have been wonderful to deal with, and provided top quality goods, so definitely not the same!Highly recommend - thanks all!

Absolutely fantastic - we ordered panels, gravel boards, post concrete and posts for a huge garden in two deliveries. They were affordable, great quality, and the delivery was great. Really nice guy helping us shift off the truck, and just fantastic all round service. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant, delivery of gravel was 3 days earlier than planned, a huge help to myself. The delivery driver was great, very friendly and helpful. As were the reception staff who took my order. A big thank you to all, well recommended.

Decent priced turf with quick delivery. Got a call to arrange delivery soon after ordering and the guys that delivered the turf were really helpful. Would highly recommend. Cheers guys ?
