Very bad service. Due to some reason I missed the morning collection from my home. So I finished work at 19:00 and turned up here at 19:30 but found Royal Mail office shut. In google says they close at 20:00 on Thursday. Very inconvenient

I have ordered a item from eBay and it says delivered and signed for and I am trying to contact Royal Mail to say I have not received it yet but I ham not having any luck

Worse customer service I have ever had. My parcel got missing. No help. Got told to ring customer service line. Rang them twice,managed to speak to same lady both times only for her to hung up on me on both calls.No Parcel and no help to find it. JOKE !!!

Me and my partner recently moved into a new apartment and ordered a WiFi hub to be delivered to this post office. The Mail was under her name but I had received an official Royal Mail email stating that if she cannot pick it up, I can do so. Now you do need the other person?s ID but the website clearly states that if you don?t have the addresses person?s name to bring the following: the tracking number, your personal ID and any proof of address for where the package is meant to be going to. I got turned away and told I couldn?t collect it after showing them the Royal Mail website, and got told ?we can?t give it to you?. Now I?m stuck even longer without my package; my partner works 7am-7pm most of the week. Not happy!

My only gripe would be the reduced opening hours due to covid.With everyone shopping online ATM this should there busiest time.

Hello! I ordered a baby swing from China and it showed me that on the 5th it was delivered to North do and then delivered to my home. I did not receive any absolute package, please help me! What can be the problem and what should to do? thank you
