Not a CBS member but had to visit on behalf of someone today. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant to everyone and even knew a few of the customers by name and chatted with them while they waited which was clearly a delight for them. The young girl at the desk was also pleasant polite and quick. Such a lovely atmosphere compared to my own bank.
