This is easily my favourite Audi sales and service centre in the UK. I?m so glad I went to the VIP Audi event which was posted to me, I was able to swap my Audi A1 to a brand new Q2. I absolutely love my new car and wouldn?t have been able to make the choice without Ricky?s help. Easy communication, always keeping me updated. Thank you to Ashley as well for the handover and checking im pleased with my purchase. Thanks both.

Few unpleasant visits to this dealership service, and poor workmanship made left very disappointed. Did my cam belt with them and coolant pipe was left not connected to coolant tank properly so under pressure it came out and I?be had coolant stain all over the engine. Then replaced my EGR cooler valve and as usual broke something else-adbleue injector was leaking and I?ve had steam from under my bonnet. During number of inspections they missed out faulty parts, to the point where it came up on my MOT, then it took many phone calls and many times had to go back and forth to them to make them rectify their their mistake. All that happened because someone marked faulty parts as replaced by mistake! Lost so much time and gained so many grey hair thanks to them.My sat nav stopped working so after investigating fault they decided that SD card is faulty and I need a new one for over £400 , I vent to and other specialist and it costed me to £50 to fix it as all it was , it needed was programming exciting card again.Even silly thing like forgetting to reset my service intervals , made having to take time off work to book myself in again just for that, because they forgot?It?s impossible to hear back from them when they meant to rectify their poor work, still waiting and it?s been over 3 months ?On the up side, ladies at reception are lovely and they make really nice coffee:) if you not there for the coffee , I would advise to avoid it!!!

After speaking with the Sales Team arranged to purchase an Audi A6 Avant Black Edition from Listers Audi Coventry ? We agreed a price and I arranged a pick up date for 1 weeks time. The car was under Audi?s Approved Used Plus scheme.I travelled from Preston to Coventry, arrived early and asked for some time to look over the car ahead of purchase ? The car?s rear end had been re-painted and the cars front end had been repaired and re-painted badly with over spray and masking tape still visible when I lifted the bonnet.The whole experience has cost over a £100+ with fuel, car vertical check, etc ? How can a main dealer put cars like this on sale? The car only had 10,000 miles on it. After I refused delivery the dealer has now put the car back on sale for the next unlucky owner (Car Reg KJ70 JJZ). Would never use Listers again, very disappointed.

I purchased an Audi A3, Ricky Smith the sales man was brilliant. He took his time to run through our options and was very friendly.I picked up the car with minimal hassle. I would certainly recommend this Audi and Ricky Smith if you are looking to buy.

Its been just over one month (Dec '23) since i picked up my Audi A1 from Listers, and I am so happy I purchased it!! From the moment I spoke to Ricky Smith and explained what I was looking for , he took the time to talk through possible options and provide advice and suggestions that most suited my needs.Conversations with other (non Audi) dealerships were not as positive. Ricky kept me updated throughout the production of the vehicle and both him and Libby were amazing when i finally collected it, despite me missing some vital information the first time around!I will definitely be returning to Ricky and the team when I wish to upgrade/exchange to a different Audi model! thanks all x

We booked an appointment to view Audi Q3 and Audi Q4s. We were assisted by Sales executive Sam who was phenomenal at what he did and I only have praise and good words for him. He gets a 5/5 for being patient and being very good at his job. He showed us plenty of cars and we had a few good test drives. We then zeroed in on a new Audi Q4 which was £60,000 car. Which we were pretty much sure of buying. Now for a family that has owned 8 cars in the last decade it is not uncommon to negotiate on the price of a new car especially around the end of the year. We asked for £1.5k reduction to which Sam seemed happy and and I said I would definitely buy it today if we reduced it by that much. Sam proceeded to bring his manager Max to discuss the reduction. At this point I want to make it clear this was the first time we had negotiated for this car that evening and we would have still bought it without the reduction. The manager Max seemed really cold, arrogant and offensive which is the complete opposite of Sam. He then proceeded to ask us why we thought it should be reduced by £1.5k. Following which he made the comment that ?we should probably look at a cheaper car if we wanted a £1.5k?. We found that incredibly offensive as all Max had to do was politely decline instead of suggesting we should buy a cheaper car . We weren?t talking about another car and definitely did not need his recommendation on what we should do with our money. At this point, I had mentally decided not to buy this car or any car from this dealership. No one is doing anyone a favour especially when I?m spending my money and the least you would expect is decent customer service when you are spending a lot of money. I feel bad for Sam as he was phenomenal and pretty much convinced us on this car. However, the good news is there are plenty of Audi dealerships in the country that would be willing to assist us in a polite, and friendly way and would make us feel valued.
