Absolutely appalling customer service, staff are rude do not collect parcels from here they have no idea what they are doing and refused to see if my parcel was in the back and argued with me for 15 mins instead of having a look. They were so rude and I ended up looking through the store cupboard and saw my package sitting right there. I grabbed my package and showed them my name. They then said I was stealing and the man chased me out of the shop and tried to get into my car banging on the window trying to open my locked door. I was so scared I decided to beep my car horn loudly and shouted help! To alert the attention pf the public and he did not stop. I reversed and he started chasing me further like he was going to run into my car. This has left me shook.

If I didn't have to come here as my local shop I wouldn't. Not all staff but some staff in particular are so rude.

Great business. Big shop with everything I need and all the item are cheap. The staff were great and helped my find what I needed so quickly. They even have mogu mogu, which I barely see in Rugby. I also go there and defo recommend it to people who want cheap, good quality items.

Shady staff. Different prices on the products and different at the cashier. At the cashier you have a diffent amount to pay than what you normally count. And this not only happens to me, but few other people I spoke with as well. And the ATM next to it is likewise SCAMMY. I spoke with a lady who would often take out money from there and each time big amount would disappear from her bank account. They tracked it and it was the atm. Please AVOID this place
