Very rude staff and always overcharge! Especially if paying contactless. Went in after the school run and brought 3 small things and they should have been around £1.50 and they charged me £3.69. It?s happened before and lots of people have said the same.

The staff here tried to steal my parcel. They scanned it out on the morning, but I forgot my ID. They said the parcel had gone and wasn't there, even after checking. Had to call the Police. An hour later just as the Police arrived they "found" the parcel. And they get away with it because it was 'found'. Had I gone away like they told me to, my parcel would have been gone forever

Do you know how hard it is to communicate when your first language isn't English, I find this shop always friendly, they stayed open all through the Pandemic,helping ungrateful customers like you. Just remember when you go in there you are in there for 5 minutes, they are there for 12 hours or more...

Terrible. DO NOT USE for eBay click and collect. Daytime staff were rude and had no idea whether parcels had arrived or not. After the 4th attempt the evening staff were more helpful and we eventually retrieved the parcel.

The daytime staff lack knowledge of basic consumer rights. I returned with a product that smelt mouldy, literally 15 minutes after purchase. I was told to contact the manufacturer. No replacement was offered. The evening staff appear more professional and I will be speaking to them before I contact the council

TOTALLY RUDE ??????I went in for my Ebay parcel (click and collect) and he said we can't find it and told me to contact the seller which I did and gave him the details the seller was sent when it arrived there. well it's not here I've looked.And no apology he just turned and ignored me and proceeded to serve the customer behind me...So I will not be using that shop again.... ??
