VERY DISABLED UNFRIENDLY. THEY REFUSE TO RECOGNISE A PERSON'S HIDDEN DISABILITY EVEN THEIR OWN STAFF. JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF IDIOTS IN MANAGEMENT. THEY SHOULD BE IN COURT FOR THEIR ACTIONS.No change, the stock is dearer than supermarkets and you don't save anything because the use by dates are so short.The membership fee is just a con as it doesn't benefit you because the prices have shot up on most items in excess of £1. Plus.Basically it's just not worth it.No change, if anything it's worse than before. We don't use Costco like we used to, maybe 4 visit a year opposed to 20+.So they've lost out, and I feel other people are doing the same.

Lots of products available, wide aisles to walk around and safely choose items. Friendly helpful staff . I enjoy sampling some of the food samples offered.

Costco used to be a bulk buy shop that ordinary folks could go to and get ordinary things a lot cheaper than the supermarkets. Things like tomato soup. Sadly not seen my favourites for such a long time I've given in and gone to the ordinary supermarkets instead. Seems to me when I find something I like they stop selling it. Loads of stupid things that I just can't imagine buying, like special enamel pots to serve mussels in. 09/22 update... It's getting worse now. Even fewer ordinary things. October, they're still selling halloween costumes etc. Expect sign of impending xmas soon. Mid December, no sign of easter eggs yet. Strange.

Cafe serves hot food at good prices, though the recent hikes are noticeable enough for me to no longer bother. Good, ultra-clean shop, but recently the queues to check out have become enormous, with multiple tills closed. Maybe create a few jobs?

Busy petrol so did shop. Was good, queue wasn't so bad at 7pm. Just looked busy but people moved along. Went petrol after and all good.

Costco is getting better at this local store but they still need to be more accurate and be prepared for busy periods!!I know for a fact that they rely heavily on business traders/retailers and I think these should be better looked after!!

Went in on Friday just before closing. There was a manager literally shouting at 2 other staff members. At the tills there was another rude female manager using the same belittling tone. Your managers need training!
