I would like to express My sincere thanks to the staff at Costa Gallagher Retail Park in Coventry for the way they handled a very uncomfortable situation for myself and my 4 year old autistic son. On a recent visit some youths hanging around thought it would be amusing to mimic my son's stimming and his inability to express himself through words. This naturally distressed my son and left me infuriated. Thanks to Julie Franklin (manager) the matter was dealt with swiftly and decisively, eliminating a possible escalation. As I was with my family this was the right option and so I thank her and all the team for all her efforts. I want to add that Julie took a lot of abuse from these youths as well. Thank you Julie and Costa!

The store manager Julie is miserable, rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. Julie's colleague with brunette hair is just as rude, miserable, and abrupt. I was treated terribly whilst visiting the Costa Coffee and when I told them that their attitude and tone of voice is distressing me due to my Autism I was told "don't use the disability card". I will never be using Costa again, I shall stick to Starbucks.

I visit this costa on a daily basis, it is by far my favourite one within the Coventry area. The staff are very friendly & welcoming, even with the current situation they are happy to serve their customers. I look forward to my daily chats with the lovely girls serving on the till & my drink is always ready & waiting for me.

It was lovely to go out for a coffee as the Covid-19 restrictions ease and takeaways are permitted. The Costa Coffee unit has been made safe with a one-way system and screens. Look out for the return of Coffee Shop Sunday, which met here before lockdown and will be back, and enjoy one of the many coffee or tea choices.

This Costa was a discrace, on the first occasion I visited I was disappointed with the level of service and the lack of cleanliness, the tables were disgusting grimy sticky unwholesome yuck. The second visit was a sham as they chucked us out as soon as we sat down with extra hot coffees which were poured into takeaway cups or had to be binned, no mention of closing soon when ordering. Staff were disinterested.

Busy place a lot of students during term time. The service is OK and will accommodate if they have made an error with your drink. Like today with my hot chocolate, but the guy behind the counter gave me a new one still did not really taste the same so that's why I am giving it 3 stars.

Friendly and quick service. Good food and nice seating. With a number of plug sockets so laptops can be charged if your sitting near certain tables.

In most case, you will only get a lesser drink , compared to the same drink in other Costa. Although students get discount when paying by student card, you get a drink with bubbles as well.
