This is a regular place for us to get a coffee and a snack. Unfortunately the self closing door has been broken for several months and customers just leave the door open as they enter or leave. This makes it a very cold and draughty place to sit in the colder months. We feel the cold so may start using an independant coffee shop over the road which would be sad as we like this Costa. Can somebody fix the door, it has been months?

The staff in here are sausages, waited 20 mins for a toastie to discover it had been forgotten about and burnt in the toaster oven ? neither staff had a clue what I was talking about even having ordered with them only 20 mins before. Avoid.

Been here before and its a standard Costa, but with a closing time stated at 2000 we were refused entry at 1910

Visited today Sadly there was little flies nats on the cakes.
When questioned they replied nothing we can do about it.
I feel sorry for people driving through and eating cakes that have flies on them .
Coffee was mediocre at best just tasted of caramel no coffee.

Left waiting without any acknowledgment from the 2 baristas who were ?serving? not even a nod or smile. When it came to order no manners used at all and again were too busy talking to one another.

Cerys& Fern were so helpful& kind , they always seem busy, im sure more staff are needed to help them.
The BIG disappointment was the state of the toilets, the manager should be up on this & make it an important part of her job,& not put it on junior Staff surely this is her responsibility!
