Visited Costa today with the children and got served by Santosh. She was absolutely brilliant and had a laugh and joke with the kids. Fantastic Customer service and would come back Again. Hot chocolates were amazing!

Fantastic visit to Costa this evening, excellent customer service from Kelly and Santosh who went above and beyond and were so friendly. Best hot chocolate I've had in a long time!
