Wouldn't even give one star. Went here on my Uni lunch break yesterday to experience shocking service from a woman behind the till. Shouting at a black man. I asked to have my drink in a takeaway cup as I was sitting in but leaving after a little to which she replied to me in a very very condescending and rude manner. After reading other reviews I am not surprised this was my experience as a person of colour. To top matters off, I got to uni, tried my drink and it was not what I'd asked for, SHOCK. Will be reporting the individual to the relevant body.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very good access. All on one level. Wheelchair fits through the door.

If I buy a coffee, can I ask for a straw? Am I discriminated against because I am Asian? I come from a place where people drink iced coffee with straws, can I ask for a straw? I?ve heard the last straw was given away and I am worried there will be no more.

The coffee is just awful. The coffee from vending machine takes even better than this.

Decided to have a coffee, and there was a Costa coffee within the Cannon park shopping centre. Upon entering there was plenty of seating, ordered the coffees from the friendly staff who were very helpful too. The coffee was really hot and good. Again the big question would I go back, I would.

This Costa met my expectations of a chain coffee chop well. The staff were friendly and very brief. The service efforts were centred around speed. I ordered a cappuccino, it was made impressivly quickly and was an ok coffee. Far better than typical small cafe but nowhere near as good as specialty coffee. For £3.65, it would be nice to have more care taken to make a delicious drink. 5/10

Absolutely love this Costa the staff are always friendly and have a smile for you. The coffee is great wether you drink in or out.Kid-friendliness: A lot of places tend to not speak to the children when I go out but the staff in the Cannon Park Costa always take the time to speak to the children.

Staff very helpful and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Baby chinos for the kiddies and a biscuit.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on the flat,very easy access.

Great to stop and have a coffee before/after shopping.There are also customer toilets for once you've drunk a large coffee. The cups are big and designed to be held by both hands. But really heavy.
