The staff does not listen to customers, I said three times I had a free cake voucher and instead of listening they charged me full price. Very disappointing!

Very dark, noisy, busy, with a strong smell of burnt coffee beabs and constant queue for the toilet. Not great vibes. The staff are nice, not their fault for the setup

My desperate 9 year old child asked to use the toilet, instead of being helpful your employee laughed and said he would have to buy something. Then after his mum bought something, he then laughed again and said there was a leak in the toilet so he was out of luck. Very rude, awful look for Costa! NEVER GO THERE!!

I orded a coffee and sat at the table to do my work after 2 hours I got kicked out where before I sat for more hours and didn't get kicked out. She said that it was getting busy and there was no tables available for other customers but as 8 was walking out there was many free tables. Baring in mind I was still drinking my coffee and not disturbing anyone.

Very impolite and rude staff I don?t know her name but there was an Indian lady who shouted at another woman who asked for her order to be corrected she publicly spoke rudely to her and the girl looked embarrassed.i spoke to another staff member about the closing time and she said look online and walked off .For such a big company costa it definitely is ruining the image of the company as I?ve experienced better Costa?s everywhere in Coventry but here today

The staff members dont clean the tables they leave them full of trays and crumbs all over the sofas and floor .i politely asked for them to wipe it down after moving the tray myself but the woman was angry and told me to wait in the queue which is confusing as i already ordered .
They also dont adjust the price of items nearly going out of date and i think they should let people know if theyre consuming expired products .
very rude staff and they dont want customers by the way theyre acting not welcoming at all

Fantastic Costa store, staff were friendly and efficient. Food was cooked well and the drink was perfect.
