The staff does not listen to customers, I said three times I had a free cake voucher and instead of listening they charged me full price. Very disappointing!

Very dark, noisy, busy, with a strong smell of burnt coffee beabs and constant queue for the toilet. Not great vibes. The staff are nice, not their fault for the setup

My desperate 9 year old child asked to use the toilet, instead of being helpful your employee laughed and said he would have to buy something. Then after his mum bought something, he then laughed again and said there was a leak in the toilet so he was out of luck. Very rude, awful look for Costa! NEVER GO THERE!!
