Excellent service received from the Coopers team from the initial contact, letting a property through to completing the sale of the property.Claire supported and guided me through a tenancy, answering my queries and was extremely helpful with the process.The sales team, Clare and Ann-Marie, built a relationship with me based on trust and confidence. Clare dealt with the detail of the sale, we spoke often, she was amazing, she advised and managed my expectations and was someone who reassured me with the process, totally supported by Ann-Marie in her absence.They communicated any updates regarding information they had received from the buyer/buyers solicitor.Toni and Sian were often the team members who helped and directed my queries, they showed empathy they were friendly and understanding. Make sure that you check the agreed fees and that they give you a copy of the terms and conditions fees at the time of signing as they change the percentage,Don't like to respond and leave your property unsecured after viewings and poor communication avoid

I used Coopers to sell my parents' house. The staff were professional, thorough and above all kind. Well what can I say I called them back in August to deal with my late mother?s estate to sell a house. We had an offer in September. It all seem to be going good, but the people who made the offer was the first people to view it. I was just around the corner another property after the viewing. I went to the property and the back door was left open but the handle had been pulled up unlocked, but they had missed the latch, so the door was open freely There is a block of flats behind the property, and anybody could?ve walked in and stripped the placeIf I did not notice it, but lucky enough, I didWith the fees, I am set to be paying the estate agent I Feel really letdown by the way I have been treated I feel this estate agent have forgotten whose interest they have, and who pays their feesThere has not been contact to me or the buyer has been left out of the loop. Also I managed to find a buyer through Facebook and get his mobile and contact him.Myself To inform himWhen I met Mr Cooper at the property that was being advertised for sale. I told him at the time of sale. I am the person who likes to be kept up-to-date with what?s happening and the process as I sell and buy properties quite regular. And this is how I amThis is the first time in using Coopers estate agents at first it seemed like it was a good choice But as time went on an emails was being ignored, and every time I caught up the person who was dealing with the sale, was always on the phone and would always be told she would call me back to which never happenedI don?t like leaving negative feedback for any business has been your businessman myself. Vacated my rental on the 21st November. Requested security deposit back on 22nd. You have ignored all my attempts to contact you. You haven't even notified me of an inspection or any deductions. You're just illegally withholding my deposit. Extremely unprofessional. I have opened a dispute with TDS which so far you're also ignoring. I will continue to daily post and contact you until you decide to actually bother emailing me back to resolve this. Otherwise I will see you in court
