At the checkpoint you show your documents, park in the parking lot and go to the office, they tell you the ramp number. If it has a seal, then you drive up to the ramp with the door closed and take the key back to the office (from the office they open the ramp). When they bring the seal, you go back to the car to open the trailer gate and back to the office to give the key. Unloaded in 10 minutes. There is not enough space, they unload on time.
