Some of the staff need a pick me up, they barely lift their heads and it?s like it is a chore when they have to serve you at the tills. ?Can you not just use the self serve? well I wouldn?t be stood here waiting for you if I could. It?s not all, two in particular are very friendly but, the others would put you off going back. Area manager needs to offer some training or incentives to improve the work environment as they clearly don?t enjoy being there.

Woman at the till was very rude , had poor customer service skills , customers where waiting for 5/10 minutes while she gossiped away with her mate , and was very condescending, definately not coming back to co-op based off of that interaction

I visited this so called coop! My local had a problem with their fridges so no milk. I used an alternative shop which their milk is 30p more expensive £1.95 compared to £1.65, and no discount with my coop card??? Thus not a very good experience. This is not a true coop!

Upon my first visit to this store 11/8/24 5:40. I was served by a man who refused my 2 pizza and ice cream for members price £5 so sold me them for £6 he kept both receipts as I had bought 2 deals. I later checked the deal to see what it was for member only to see that you get a free movie rental with each deal. Thanks for keeping my movie rental that a good deal for the staff member. Not impressed

Do not know if it is the store or coop policy but they are a law to them selves about paying out on paypoint seems to go against paypoint policy and the customers rights.

Decent local store if you're in need of something quickly. It is a little expensive but the convenience of its decent selection offsets this.
