Staff were really friendly and kind. Room and sheets were super clean and the duvet felt like hugging a cloud. Sushi was excellent. I would definitely return on my next trip to Coventry.

Friendly staff, delicious food and pleasant ambience. We will definitely go again for a meal. We went for a meal to celebrate out friends belated birthday. We wanted to try something different and we were not disappointed

Very good hotel to go to for couple or family. We had a lovely stay, very clean rooms, toilets and comfortable beds. The hosts/staff are customer oriented and friendly. All the cooked food are fresh and tasty. We will go back again. Highly recommended.Rooms: Very spacious rooms for twin rooms which is recommended for families with young kidsNearby activities: Kids play ground and indoor acitivity recreation centres are nearbySafety: Fairly safe with cctv around the premisesWalkability: Have lots of nearby convenient shops if needed, also the city centre is about 15 to 20 minutes walk awayFood & drinks: All the cooked food are fresh and tasty

The food that was delivered was rank. The Bento box was all dry and no curry or katsu and I've tasted better shop bought sushi! Deffo a rip off. Won't be getting a delivery again

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff are very accomodating and went beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay.The food is also delicious.The rooms are comfortable and clean.The restaurant is also very spacious, which can accomodate large group or events??If you love music, they have instruments and karaoke that you can enjoy?I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
