I newly relocated to the area and I got appointment very quickly.The doctors is very caring, good listener ,kind, not rush and really give me my time during the consultation.Absolutely recommend this practice.

Worst centre to register with. After registering my toddler I didn't receive any updated, called them every week and finally after 5 weeks they said she is been registered. When I checked the details her first name , dob and my mobile number is correct where as my address and her second name is wrong. When trying to follow up after 6 weeks they said my address don't come under their gp. But initially 3 weeks they said my address is covered. Poor way of working and not even qualified to do a data entry work properly. They don't deserve this job.

We are so lucky to have such a friendly and efficient Surgery ,I had a concern about a repeat prescription , spoke to pharmacist who said i might need a medicines review with GP.Spoke to the receptionist who got me a phone appt for 30mins later , Had phone appt with GP who could tell I was a little concerned and asked me to come in to see him within the hour .Thank you Cheylesmore Surgery for the outstanding service ,Keep up the good work !!!!

We would like to thank the professionalism and care taken in looking after our Mother who we changed to the surgery last year. They have made such a difference for our Mum both medically and wellbeing. They are always very caring and helpful especially under such pressurised times. Thank you all great team throughout.

Absolutely awful at putting prescriptions through to the pharmacy, 2/3 times you'll go the pharmacy and they won't have done their jobs and put it through. Avoid if you have any other alternative

This is a wonderful practise with brilliant doctors, nurses, paramedics, clinicians, well being professionals and friendly office staff. They go the extra mile. We have brought up our family with their help.

Had an out of hours phone call appointment with the doctor at 8:50pm had a missed call off the doctor at 8:15pm. When 8:50pm cam I had no call. I then phoned the surgery to be told the doctor tried to phone! Yeah he did. 40 mins before my appointment. Feel free to try phone early but if you can't get through you still should still phone at the appointed time.

I couldn?t recommend a worse doctors surgery. The staff are rude on the phone and not helpful. It?s very difficult to get an appointment and when you do you are rushed, then if there are follow up test you will not here back ect... honestly every single time I have been I have come away feeling worse/problems not solved. Such a shame.

Worst ever surgery I have had dealings with. Wasted my time and money to get there, only to find the Doctor didn't have the right equipment. Suggested I buy my own blood pressure monitor. No one monitoring mask wearing in a crammed environment for flu jabs (must have put the message out to everyone in the area as looked like they all turned up) Apparently nurses don't come and take bloods at your home unless you go and fetch the form from them, which (in my situation) defeats the object.First time I have ever heard of this. Just awful and unprofessional

Terrible service. Talk to different people and there is different answers for same question. I tried to temporary register my parents and they kept the form for 5 weeks and then said they cant register with so many baseless reasons.i tried to follow so many times and they gave different reasons every time. Worst service avoid if you can.
