Booked a trip to Iceland through Carrick after reading a number of great reviews and they being local to me. Donna took me expertly through a number of options that met my budget/requirements as she had experienced first hand what we wanted to do. All handled professionally from start to finish, the trip was so memorable for all the right reasons. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Carrick Travel (Coventry) to anyone looking for guidance towards their next trip and will certainly revisit in the near future.

Brilliant service from Helen, Lydia, Donna & John - the amazing Carrick Travel Team.A complicated multi country trip for 4 people expertly organised. A problem (not of their making) arose and all hands on ?desks? to resolve - which they did magnificently. The personal touch and going the extra mile is exactly what Carrick do. Really amazing service from Helen Sanders. She got onto our booking super quick, which was very helpful as it was selling out fast. We were looking for a very particular holiday, which is only available every 10 years so we were very impressed when she gave us a choice of 3 different possibilities to choose from in a short space of time and made booking it so easy. We first used the services of Carrick Travel on Daventry Road In the year 2000 and we have returned to them time and again ever since. Sometimes our requests are rather tentative/vague and Donna and her staff somehow manage to focus us on a holiday recommendation that has never failed to please. Other times we know exactly what we want and they respond efficiently and reliably ensuring that everything comes together for a great trip. Occasionally we wander in with a destination on our wish list and they always provide useful information whether or not we go ahead and book. They can always be relied upon to be friendly, helpful and good humoured. It is great to have a local independent travel agency with knowledgable staff who are so willing to help. Keep up the great work.

Excellent, friendly, personal service always. I have used Carrick Travel for nearly forty years, the first few years at the Royal Leamington Spa office and then closer to home at the Coventry office. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Whether it be a long haul tailor-made holiday, a coach holiday with a local company or just the purchase of flights, they have they have booked all for me. Carrick Travel are not expensive as many people think. They use reliable companies and they cater for all budgets. I wouldn't use any other travel agent

Donna has helped organise so many holidays for us, both business and pleasure, over the years that we are losing count! Excellent travel agent, very helpful and accommodating and really look after you! I went in not entirely sure where I wanted to go and walked out with lots of information about a holiday to Egypt that caught my eye... Went back in after a few hours of thought and booked it there and then! Great service and had a brilliant holiday very stress free!
