Brilliant from start to finish. The team were so helpful and customer service was 5*. They were really helpful in choosing the best product within our budget. Were able to fit us in when was convenient for us and the job done was brilliant. Thanks Ada for making our house look amazing. Would defo recommend. We had to have a refund as did not need the underlay in the end and this was really quick and easy.

Amazing service from start to finish!Really wanted a specific colour however it wasn?t in stock until mid August.I ended up choosing something completely different which carpet castle knew I wasn?t fully happy with.The week before fitting, Lee called me to say he has found the exact match to what I originally wanted but a different range!The fitters were lovely! They did an amazing job.A few pictures attached.Thank you all so much!

Never reviewed a carpet shop but the guts were really helpful in getting me two extra packs of laminate flooring I urgently needed the same day, went back to carpet castle paid for two packs and they sourced and arranged for me to pick the packs from Nuneaton.Also apart from the Great service, thanks Rory!They have a huge range of vinyl and carpets, wish I'd came here first while renovating our house.

Stress reliever.. humanity still exists and they are perfect examples of it. Me and my husband were so stressed in renovation when Zen and his friend helped us alot right from choosing the flooring to delivery and fitting, gave discount too and made sure we are happy and smiling. I was so impressed with Carpet Castle! Kane was so helpful - I went into the store looking for a hessian carpet for our stairs, and whilst showing me the range of hessian carpets that they had to offer, Kane explained to me that it might not be the best carpet for the stairs because it can sag over time, and can also fray, and it?s expensive (I thought it was great that they wanted to know my budget and didn?t just try to sell me the most expensive carpet). Kane (and his other helpful colleagues which I didn?t catch the name of) showed me some other options and I selected a wool carpet in the end. The whole team were so friendly and helpful, and my carpet looks amazing! I?m so happy! Would definitely recommend carpet castle, especially over Karpet Kingdom next door where they are SO unhelpful!!!!
