Card factory is usually my go to because it's great value for money but I especially wanted to do a review on this occasion due to the excellent customer service given by Luke. His positive and friendly energy was infectious and having a slight wait in the shop due to a sudden influx of customers and lack of staff, it wasn't a problem in the slightest as Luke kept everyone engaged, explained he wouldn't be long and was apologetic still for us waiting, absolute pleasure to be served by him. I hope he is notified by this review and commmeded for his efforts. :)

I recently visited Card Factory and had a wonderful experience thanks to two staff members, Ella and Luke. Ella was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my shopping experience enjoyable. Luke was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Left the store extremely satisfied

Lovely staff, in particular Sinead, she is always very helpful every time I go in. She is very Customer Focused, very polite. Good range of cards and gifts. Always a pleasure to visit the Coventry town shop, thank you ?

I just wanted to post a review on here due to the staff member that served me yesterday for a birthday card. His name is Luke and he was very polite, very upbeat & cheered me up when I was feeling a bit tired. I wish him all the success moving forward. Also Card Factory is always the first place to go for all cards in Coventry City Centre. Thanks again!

My recent experience too store in my experience1 my balloons table higher of which I didn't agree too or was told .Further more I asked for 2 x balloons pink heart on one weight with spinder Mann same with ot1her !Well this never happened they put 3 hearts on one weight one on the second.While in store in was speaking to store manager who forgot too charged me until I told her.When I noticed the problem I phoned the store and explained what happened with balloonsThis was pinned back on MeI sent the balloons back too card factory has it wasn't correct for My eventBecause of long delay in Store and parking I am not sure if acured fine ?I am disappointed and surprised from Saturday 17th February 2024.Upon on this experience probably will not Coventry centre again.1I

Luke served us and went above and beyond to tie blue and pink ribbon with the gender reveal balloon and help us pick out a neutral balloon weight! overall a very kind worker ?
