I only use this particular branch when I go to my dentist but the service here was excellent.I always like the gifts and reasonable prices too in all the stores.
So sorry I can?t remember the lady?s name (French accent?)who helped me.

Working hours shows until 19.00. We came to buy the balloons for son's birthday at 18.20 and they were closed! I was very disappointed ?...

Bought a gift bag from here today, when I got home I noticed that one of the handles had been torn and re-tied. This item shouldn't of been sold in this condition as it renders the bag useless. Also the young guy behind the was slow and was quite sarcastic and arrogant when answering another customers questions about Balloons, another member of staff stepped in and started serving me whilst he was fiddling with a helium balloon, he asked his colleague "wot you doin that for?" Insinuating that we all should wait whilst he faffs around.

A very reasonable place to buy any type of cards. Loads and loads of selection for cards, also they have gift bags, wraps and small gifts. Good location, mostly no problems with Parking, though at peak times the spaces gets tight to find. The shop is wheel chair accessible as well.
