This is the best charity shop in Coventry city centre. I love buying second hand clothes and have found some real bargains here.The prices are reasonable which really helps if you are on a limited budget.Most clothes are in very good condition.Thanks to all the staff and the guy who's always on the till and those doing all the work behind the scenes.

Got pickpocketed of my phone in the middle of the store, the staff claimed there was no CCTV in the store and looked at me blankly and didn't help me at all afterwards, didn't ring the police didn't do anything and talked to me rudely. Disappointed because I was a regular customer.
