Extremely impolite manager. We used to LOVE Cafe Italia. The manager is extremely rude. When we said the order has been noted incorrect. She threw the plate on the table, rolled eyes and kept blaming us to have given the wrong order. She rolled eyes when I went to talk and kept blaming us. Horrible experience!
We had come out after a recent family bereavement to have a relaxing time. Unfortunately, the manager was disrespectful and threw the plate on the table and kept rolling eyes and went away.

Any time I'm back in my home town. I go to my go to place. Great surroundings really makes you feel comfortable. Service quick and friendly this time I went for the beefburgers salad and chips, it was delicious especially enjoyed the salad dressing. Of course I had to have a latte with the complimentary almond biscuit. Thanks to all the staff who make it such an enjoyable experience. ?

Service and atmosphere nice enough but menus looked mid, overpriced and the cocktas especially are pre-made. I so would not reccomend.

Went for a evening meal there, after ten pin bowling for a birthday treat. Had a lovely time.Food was nice, service was pleasant enough and the atmosphere great as it was family meal

Food was good & although they advertise as an Italian restaurant (& do have some Italian meals pizza, pasta) they also do a good range of English & Indian meals as well. A great place to go if different people in your party want different types of food.

Not the best food, but not the worst. The local is small and cozy, also atmosphere is really good. I had a lasagne, but I cannot say was very tasty, I heard pizza is really good, which I will try next time. Overall service is good, also refreshments.

Very quiet when we went 30 mins till kitchens closing up do atmosphere bit lacking. Food plentiful and filled us up. Service would have been better if not closing up. Nearly had to vlimb over tables yo get out
