Poor management from nick. I have reported fews issues with his HMO tenants. Nothing been dealt with. His tenants behaved like Criminals. Breaking into someone else garden at night broken the garden fence. Climbing through other gardens. Disposed foods waste at the back other their garden to cause rats infestation. I have reported these matter to the police and to the council. I would highly recommend this agent if you want poorly managed.

One of the worst experiences I have had as a university student, the staff are rude and inconsiderate, it?s as if they know they can take advantage of you as they know you are young, the house condition was absolutely horrible, the response to maintenance was terrible, the attitudes of the people working on the house where bad, they didn?t stick to any of the things agreed in the contract. Worst experience ever, completely ruined my year of university & caused so much trauma I ended up falling behind on my actual university work. From ant infestations because the house had multiple cracks in it to bathroom ceilings collapsing & lights that were never fixed. Worst communication if it?s not what they want to hear and rude responses like verbally rude.
