The staff at this store exhibited racial discrimination, which was unacceptable. Additionally, a middle-aged staff member was extremely rude. Very disappointing experience overall.

After being disappointed and disheartened by some local stores rudely refusing my guide dog in training entry to their stores, this store was happy to let him in, my dog was automatically met by love and affection from the staff and pharmacists, him and myself and so grateful for this and I'm so proud of this store adhering to edi ensuring diverse needs are catered for, the store allowing him access also really helped my dog?s development as he has recently been shop trained, a key task required for when he becomes a guide dog to the blind, thanks boots you?re amazing

Regularly visit Boots stores, and this place is not comparable in the slightest. They seem to go by their own set of standards, completely ignoring customers that arrive at the Pharmacy to collect prescriptions. Left and went elsewhere to speak to a Pharmacist.

I recently visited Boots Pharmacy to have a prescription filled and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The pharmacist who assisted me was exceptionally helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently, ensuring that I fully understood my medication and its usage. His professional demeanor and depth of knowledge were reassuring, making me feel confident in the care I was receiving.
What stood out most was the personalized attention I received. The pharmacist didn't just dispense my prescription; he also provided valuable advice on how to manage any potential side effects and offered tips on how to incorporate the medication into my daily routine effectively. This level of service went above and beyond my expectations.
Overall, my experience at Boots Pharmacy was outstanding. The combination of a knowledgeable and caring pharmacist, efficient service, and a friendly environment made my visit truly positive. I highly recommend this Boots Pharmacy for anyone in need of pharmacy service . The manager and the staffs commitment to customer care is truly commendable.

Pharmacist promised my pregnant wife her prescription would be in ready for collection as we were only back in Coventry for the day visiting family.
Arrived and she was told her prescription wasn?t in and hadn?t been ordered as promised.
The pharmacist who was an extremely arrogant man didn?t care at all and lied, stating that ?I didn?t say we would order it?
He obviously forgot or just didn?t care enough to do it! Leaving my 9 month pregnant wife without medication she needed. You Disgusting human, if you don?t care about people get a different job.
Avoid like the plague.

Staff named Amanda at the prescription was very very very rude. She didn't even want to look at me when she talked to me. I didn't know why and what happened when she called the manager to check my identity. The manager was good and polite but Amanda was very rude

No staff to ring the till waiting with other people over 15 minutesTwo people farting about at the pharmacy who said they can't help as a different frentice lord help them another one to hit closure of they maintain this level of service I'd give no stars if I could Boots get it together please
