Not shopping at boots anymore, stuff is wayy overpriced compared to superdrug, plus at least superdrug employee people and not machines.I had to queue for about 15 mins cause there is only 1 cash and card machine, and about 5 people all wanting to pay cash with their shopping, no bags on any of the tills, and no person till for people wanting paying cash. Two people left their shopping and walked out cause it was taking so long - not good.

Customer service at this store is seriously lacking. Although they have a variety of brands the prices are stupid! Better off going to Aldi or Superdrug! They have completely got rid of the normal checkouts where you can interact with a person, so everything is self serve with only one machine accepting cash payments and only one person available running round to help people struggling with the machine. Clearly Boots don't care about there staff. No baskets on the way into store and no paper bags to put your shopping in. Boots need to do better, this store is very dissapointing. Will not be shopping here again.

Security follows you like a hawk and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. I visited this store yesterday as it is my local boots and spent over £35.00. Every aisle I went down in the store the security man who was originally stood at the front of the store when I entered just so happened to come down the same aisle as me. This is not the first time the security man has made me feel intimidated like I am doing something wrong. For this reason I don?t feel comfortable shopping in this store and spending my money again.

Very disappointing. Charged me £10 more than displayed price. They said it was because promotion had ended but they had not updated the price. However the end date of the promotion was not clear.Also refused to sell me something that there were several of on display & there was no age limit on who they can sell it to. And finally, didn't have a standard pharmacy item in stock for sale. Definitely need to do better.?

I was at boots earlier today and whitenessed an old woman asking for help with the self service payment and 2 young employees just stood there chatting and didn?t help her. She continued to ask for help a few times before one of them did anything. I was in there for a long time and didn?t see them work once.

I went into the store to ask the pharmacy for general advice on wellbeing as we are told to consult the pharmacy for health support. So rude and unhelpful and unprofessional.

Boots at Central Six sell a lot of products. Health, beauty, fragrance, and there's an optician too.Problem is that there is not a till counter anymore.REALLY!All there is to pay for your purchases is a line of pay machines.HOW THOUGHTLESS AND REGARDLESS OF CUSTOMERS' NEEDS.

Got what i wanted but when i went to pay told it was self pay . Went to leave with out product then told there were normal tills at back of shop. Went looking NO signs to say were they were found one . No one at till after waiting couple mins told it didn't work went to next one got served. Not impressed won't be going back.
