I asked for a staff to help me get my free samples they didn?t help me quick enough because I was in a rush to go elsewhere I didn?t get any free samples of anything I spend 10 pound for gift card all for nothing

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff at Empilite, especially the security, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their aggressive and unfriendly behavior made me feel very unwelcome. This was a major reason why I left feeling unhappy, and I will definitely not be coming back again.

Outrageous and extremely poor service from ass store manager this evening at central six boots store by SAM. Went in too speak about private prescription services and me laying out £101.01 not being items for cost break down at boots Coventry city store today approx 17.30 pm. Wanted to return and get my money back due to lack of extremely poor service from pharmacy. When I come in to boots Coventry central six store this evening to speak with ass store manager SAM EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. I had to say at one point can you stop being aggressive in way you?re speaking to me please. I also asked SAM HIS HER BODY CAM ON SHE REPLIED ITS NOT I ASKED HER TOO PUT IT ON DUE TO WAY SHE WAS. I asked who CEO FOR BOOTS HIS SHE GAVE ANSWER I SAID DO THEY HAVE A EMAIL ADDRESS FOR HIM ? She said no it?s not public available . I said this completely lie because I found it . I explained I don?t appreciate you lying to me very much arguing with indirectly. Boots Coventry city centre provided incorrect flavours too me this evening when i bought this up SAM ASS STORE MANAGER. Dismissed everything keeped trying too past blame back too me. I asked for area manager details she refused this provide name or email address she also refused store manager email address. I found outrageous and extremely poor service poor in level of service she was very unprofessional her approach to me and had no respect. She not taking responsibility for boots mistake . Totally unacceptable. ITS SEEM TO ME BOOTS Employees UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT .

A few days ago I visited as I was in need of a few bits, already there having already shopped at hobby craft, and was essentially having some ?retail therapy? after losing a family member and family pet within a short time recently. The one time security decides I?m a target was the one day I really could?ve done without that. I got followed along almost every aisle, I made eye contact with him several times to try let him know I?m not a thief so he could get a good look at my face. It really put me off coming here. I usually go into the one in the city centre but occasionally come here and next time I?ll stick to the city centre store. I know they have a job to do but when someone already looks visibly upset, perhaps ask them if they?re okay rather than following them and raising their anxiety to the point they don?t even browse anymore and just grab the things they need, pay, leave, then feel like crap for the rest of the afternoon because they?re now so on edge. As a young woman it?s not a nice feeling to be followed in an intimidating way by a male, let?s put it that way. I was using this day to distract myself, browsing all the shops and this completely ruined my experience.

Went in to dispose my out of date prescribed medications, but was told to come back in couple of weeks due to their bin is full. They should get a bigger bin if it takes 2 weeks to empty their bin every time... or the lady working there just wants to brush me off.

I went to buy a perfume for my girlfriend?s birthday, spending £135 on a fragrance. When I asked for a nice gift bag, they only offered a standard Boots bag and said I?d need to purchase a better one separately. When I requested they at least wrap the perfume in attractive paper, they bluntly told me they don't offer that service. Frustrated, I paid £2.5 for a different bag.
I insisted on speaking with the manager, but they informed me the manager was unavailable and only the assistant manager was present. A woman eventually approached me, only to say there was nothing she could do and that I could return the perfume if I wasn?t happy. Whether this poor treatment is a standard across all Boots stores or just a problem with this branch, I?m not sure, but I strongly advise against visiting this location. It was an infuriating and deeply disappointing experience.
Can you believe they handed me a £135 perfume without any proper packaging, just as shown in the photo?
