I ordered online and the package was not properly done. The body lotion exploded and all the items were covered in it. I sent an email and they told me bring it back or go to the Royal post office. The worst customer care ever!

In pharmacy side need to look inside because the staff there told me today that I can't return baby or change . Because I made a mistake yesterday to buy 6- 12 month baby food when I am supposed to buy infant food . That staff was wrong. This is first time I see a store of supermarket like boot that you can't return . That lady on duty today in boot Coventry city close market is really something by saying that to me

Very poor service, I have arrived to discuss the morning after pill and the assistant not only didn't let me to discuss it in private but also said she will let the pharmacist know but I was waiting people were all served and she started the stocking up by never gone and spoke to the pharmacist like I see her do it with other customers she actually left the pharmacist know so I just left as couldn't bare seeing all people that came after me being seen. Not worth it

Hi , I am from Spain we have got the best customer service there and i found in boots too in lower prencit the same with "ELLIE" young lady on the till. Very impressed.

I?ve never seen a store operate like this. Every time I visit Boots in Coventry, the tills downstairs are either not working or simply not being used. Staff always say the same thing: ?The tills aren?t working, go upstairs.? But today, after they refused to serve me, I left to buy a bag from M&S. When I came back, I saw them serving another customer at the same till they claimed wasn?t working. So clearly, the tills do work?they just didn?t want to serve me.
It?s frustrating to see that customers who look a certain way?dressed in branded shoes or expensive clothes?seem to get better service. That?s unacceptable.
On top of that, they never seem to have paper bags. Every time I ask, they say, ?Sorry, we don?t have any.? How can such a big company always be out of basic shopping bags?
This isn?t the first time I?ve had a bad experience at this store. Six months ago, my wife was pregnant, and I had a concern that I needed to discuss with the pharmacist. I spoke to the dispenser, who went to check, and he came back saying, ?She?s busy.? I said I?d wait until she finished her work. After several minutes, I asked again?no response, no help. The pharmacy area was calm, no long queues, no one collecting prescriptions, yet the pharmacist never came out to assist me.
After all of these experiences, I felt I had to write this review to help others. The service at this Boots is unacceptable, and I left feeling very upset. Management really needs to improve how this store operates. I don?t recommend visiting this branch.
I would prefer not to give a 1-star rating, but the system requires a rating to submit a review. That?s the only reason I am giving this 1-star.

Very very bad experience today with the security person and the lady who works there as there was some argument going on with some boys and a security guard while i was paying at the till my husband was waiting for me and really rude boots staff came over and told my husband why is he recording the argument between the security and the boys first of all my husband was not recording anything and even though if he was recording it there is no law stated that we not allowed to film it . Then when my husband said i am not recording it she goes go away and the security guard told my husband to either do shoping or go out from the shop this is rubbish as he was standing in the shop waiting for me .
Both of them needs to be sorted asap as you cant speak to customers like that you are getting paid to do your job not to be rude with customers .
I would not recommend anyone going to the store as it doesn?t seems safe because the staff is getting aggressive and rude as my husband got physical disability and they abused him for no reasonable.

?I recently purchased an omega-3 supplement for my 7-year-old daughter at the Boots store in Coventry. Upon reading the ingredients later, I discovered it contained gelatin, which is not permissible in our Muslim faith. The product was unopened, and I attempted to return the product the very next day with the receipt to request a refund. However, I was informed that their policy does not allow refunds on this item.
What made the experience worse was the dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the manager Athena, who showed little understanding or empathy. Now, I am left with a product I cannot use, and my money has gone to waste. This could have easily been resolved with a more customer-focused approach.
I hope Boots reconsiders its rigid policies and provides Athena with better training to handle such situations respectfully. Customers should feel valued, especially when they present valid concerns like religious or dietary restrictions.? a multivitamin supplement for my daughter and I never realised it had gelatine.
