Some of the till staff could really benefit from training on manners, return and exchange policies, and general store queries, especially on how to handle them professionally. This applies to a certain few.

Nice store, mostly clean and tidy, there is a massive theft situation going on in this area.
Gallagher retail park'sown security is full of lazy cowardly staff, so stores like B&M have to handle theft them selves.
Tills are ALWAYS packed with ques with only 1 checkout open most of the time.
However, late store closing time is a great bonus to service hours.

I went to the store looking for a tarp and and not only were employees hard to find in the store, they also had no idea what their store sold or even what section it would be in. They didn't even know what was online exclusive and what could also be found in store and this was having talked with 3 employees. As a result I ended up ordering something online I could have easily got in the store if staff employees were more well informed.
