i bought a Goodmans charger from B&M in July and it broke within weeks. When I tried to return it, the manager refused my receipt photo (which is legally valid) and when I brought the original receipt, I was publicly told to ?go to the manufacturer instead?. Under the Consumer Rights Act, B&M is responsible within 6 months ? but I was dismissed and embarrassed in front of other customers. Very poor service and treatment. Won?t be shopping here again unless this is resolve

Cashier refused to accept the £20 note I was giving her to pay for my items because I had licked my index finger to help seperate it from others in my purse...she said "can I have the other note from your purse...one that you haven't touched with your licked fingers" I did what she asked, accepted my change and left the store, but I was very angry. What would she have done if I didn't have another note? Cash is handled by 1000's of people, who knows where their fingers have been? I don't know where the cashiers hands have been but she had touched all of my items, plus other customers, she potentially could be covered in germs! I understand that we are more hygiene conscious since Covid but she made me feel dirty. I use B & M stores every week & will continue to do so, just not the one in Walsgrave

Has a garden selection. It's the same as most BandM but has the bonus of garden selection at the rear.

Only the 2nd time visited in the Walsgrave area, but it has a large carpark, and it's very large inside with long wide aisles. Many excellent bargains and friendly helpful staff.

This is the worst B&M store I have ever visited. The night staff are very rude and they are insensitive to customers. Why would you have a return policy of 28 days when you can?t follow through with this? I got a set of perfumes and returned them the same day still sealed and untouched, as I couldn?t fit them in my travel luggage and I was told that they cannot be returned, despite pasting it boldly at the store entrance that the store has a return policy of 28 days. I think the management need to be open and honest with customers and let them know the items that cannot be returned. This is my second experience with this store and I?m so discontented with their services that I will not be visiting this store again!
