I recently visited Belgrade Cafe Bar in Coventry and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a toastie and a flat white for £9, but unfortunately, both were far from satisfactory. The toastie was bland and lacked flavor, while the flat white was poorly made and tasted off.
Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which added to the overall negative experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration and makes improvements.

Both staff miserable . Cup of tea was awful , no idea which brand they use but both of us found it undrinkable . Wouldn?t go back again , it used to be a lovely place

Had lovely customer service, when I got ordered a coffee I had to pay an additional 75p to have dairy free. Found that was not fair on those who cannot have dairy.Dietary restrictions: Got charged an extra 75p for a dairy alternative milk

Very disappointed at my visit at the belgrade cafe today, staff are sooo unhappy & very rude.Ordered a latte, no thank you of the girls surviving.Coffee came looked like a coffee I could have made at home I asked for another one & all I heard was FOR GOD SAKE ! Wow so asked for money back ! !I thought going to the theatre was an enjoyable experience but not the cafe bit !

Queues too long. Went to see a play, waited ages to be served, and then given drinks. Had to rush as although allowed lots of time, we were delayed, we took our drinks into auditorium and then struggled to find a suitable place to put cups. My son and his wife didn't manage to get their drink or order interval drinks.Lovely theatre and the play was amazing. Would go again but the drinks provision needs reviewing.
