Ordered click and collect for next days but didn?t receive any notification to collect my order. Called twice in store but staff failed to resolve the issue. Two weeks later collected my order after calling to the store. Staff failed to explain why it was late and failed to apologise for the delay. Very poor communication. Staff needs retraining.

Been to this store twice in a week. I really can't understand how difficult it is to say please and thank you..Evan who is on the checkout looks miserable and does not greet his customers or even have general curtesy. When you advise the sub total common curtesy to say please and thank you. Or even when someone says hello, don't acknowledge, just rude! Also when you ID people (not me) clearly over 35, don't try and be smart about challenge 25 for a wallpaper stripper asking for ID, just not cool.

Great store with lots of choice. However, the guy doing the timber cutting was very grumpy. Also, there was no timber cutting service over lunchtime, which resulted in a long wait and then a big queue.

Don't go to B and Q Coventry if you want to ask a member of staff for help or advice their attitude is 'thats all we've got on the shelf' not how can I help you, what you looking for!!!!!

Availability of many tools and necessary materials.Long waiting time for someone to help and advise. You feel like everyone is ignoring you. And if you ask someone, he's not from this section and he can't help you anyway?

what a complete and utter let down.Don't believe the emails with delivery dates, don't believe the customer service reps, they just tell you " your concern has been passed on to the relevant store and they will get in touch". but no great surprise they don't!!! Then they send a survey email to find out how well they did at resolving your issue. They wonder why their stores are failing but they do nothing to put them right. And at the end of the day I still took a day off work for a delivery that didn't turn up and no one can explain who, how or when the mistake was made. I'm still £240 out of pocket.

Adrian and Aaron provided exceptional service this morning, going above and beyond to find me quite a specific item. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and I wanted to call them out for going the extra mile. Thank you lads.

Timber cutting service suspended due to the saw being out of order with an electrical fault. Use Erdington or Leicester if you want boards cut to size in the meantime.

Loaded up the trolley with building supplies, about £140 worth. Got to the new 'staggered' tills, 2 open, 1 cash, 1 card only. As the edges stones had no barcode had to wait for the girl to come free, then the barcodes weren't recognised the edging stones weren't in her book, waited for a while & the queue got bigger, eventually someone came & opened the other card tills but did help this girl, eventually gave up & left the trolley & came home. What a shambles. The new till layout must have been designed by Stevie Wonder.

**Edit (Sept 2023) toilets closed while they rip them out....hope that's for a refurb!**Edit (July 2023)...the toilets are again open ** The range of stuff is good, **BUT** there are no longer customer toilets...it's hard to concentrate on bathroom fitting when you're busting for the toilet!***Plus....can't use gift cards on the self-service tills....you have to queue up for the one open till***

Missed the delivery parcel after waiting for them all morning which is reasonable and common issue. But when I try to arrange a redelivery following the card left and their instructions, the staff is not friendly and keep intrupting me. They said they would call me tomorrow until I show a little unpleasant mood and also ask me maybe to call them instead. The chaos of their management and rude staff really mess everything up nevertheless the less effcieint delivery system they use. The next day when I called them, the staff rudely hang up my call and refuse to answer my call all day, I sorted out the problem until I called the consumer service. Absolutely disgusting service...

My recent experience at B&Q left me with some notable impressions, both positive and negative. Here's a detailed review:B&Q offers a good selection of products, and I found their product quality to be generally high. It's essential to have a range of choices when tackling various DIY projects, and this store certainly caters to that need. However, I did notice that some products were a bit on the expensive side, and the prices didn't always seem justified, especially when compared to similar items available elsewhere. It's crucial for a store to strike a balance between quality and affordability, and in some instances, B&Q's pricing left me questioning whether I was getting good value for my money. One area where B&Q shines is its wood cutting service. This is a valuable service for DIY enthusiasts, and I found it to be efficient and convenient. It's evident that the store goes the extra mile to assist customers with their projects. However, it's important to note that the wood cutting service can be quite crowded on the weekends, which can lead to longer wait times. It would be advisable to plan your visits accordingly to avoid peak times if possible. Moreover, the staff at B&Q were generally friendly and approachable. Helpful and knowledgeable staff can make a significant difference in a customer's shopping experience, and I appreciated the level of service provided. In summary, B&Q offers a decent selection of products with good overall quality. However, some items may be on the expensive side, and the pricing isn't always justified. The wood cutting service is a standout feature, but it can be crowded on the weekends, so plan your visits accordingly. The friendly staff enhance the shopping experience. If you're in need of DIY materials and assistance, B&Q is worth considering, but it's a good idea to compare prices for certain items before making your purchase.
