Went into B&Q Alvis this afternoon looking for a cordless lawnmower. Picked the one we wanted but the boxed ones weren?t clear if they had batteries included. After searching for someone to help, finally found a guy who reluctantly agreed to help. I appreciate they have things to do but managed to hide the guilt I felt for interrupting him. We finally established that the boxes we were looking at were in fact corded lawnmowers. The space where the lawnmowers we wanted was empty and we asked ?does that mean they?re sold out?? To which he replied ?looks like it?. Disappointed, we went home and found the exact same lawnmower for click and collect only and it would be available to collect from the exact same store in 15 minutes. What?s that all about?

Hard to find any screws or bolts you need. The man i asked for help was very rude and forceful, asking multiple times what type of screw i needed when i already clarified beforehand. Horrible tone and made me feel horrible for trying to find the screw i needed. Checked later in stock and it was available for click and collect.
Wouldn?t recommend if you?re only trying to a little purchase. Horrible customer service especially if you?re someone they?ll stereotype.
