Dishonest. Penny pinching. Closes early. Refuses to refund when they overcharge!

Sell cheap nasty unfit for purpose shoes then refuse to refund them.
They'd rather lose the hundreds of pounds you spend their than refund £2 for flip flops that cut your feet.
Their night staff aren't authorised to refund overcharges, so when they state on the shelf the jar of coffee is £4 but charge you £8, you won't get a refund in-store at the time or even from "customer service" at head office, who i provided the receipt and photos to in an email TWICE!
I reported them to my bank in the end.
I don't know who runs this branch or trains head office staff, but the standards have gone down the toilet IF asda ever had any!!
If you're going to lock the doors before 11.45pm DON'T say you're open until 12 midnight!
And don't employ some annoyed kid to THROW grit salt all around the entrance area, which is WHY i sat in the car waiting til they left!
Why get someone to grit just before you're going to refuse customers entry??
This is the standard of brainless attitude at this store these days
Has been for a long time. Run by very greedy people who have no gratitude for their customers.
Scammers. Watch the prices people.
Check your receipt!
And get their well before "closing time" because you aren't going to be getting in at 11.46pm even for ONE item!

Very very poor service on collection. This is the third time I?m facing such a bad experience. Waiting more than 40 minutes for collection. None of the staffs know how to guide us or what to do. Some of the staffs behaviour is also so rude ? ?

Great Customer service, purchased a quilt but picked up the wrong size. Went back to change it and Customer Service were fantastic!! Exchanged and trouble free and so efficient. Fantastic experience

This store pharmacy is an emergency prescription site and Alison and Mary were incredibly kind and helpful in supplying an emergency medication to me within seconds my symptoms were relieved completely

I was there on 02/11/24 after work around 20:10 and decided to get some pizza.
The pizza lady Brenda was so welcoming , polite , friendly, and professional. The list of her kindness is undescribable.
She does her job with utter passion.
I felt relaxed and I was talking about her with my colleagues,family and friends.
Would see you soon.

Today I was doing shopping in Asda. The lady from service till told me that I can?t scan my Asda award card twice per day first shopping was only 13 pounds then second 97 pounds !! This is a bullshit ! When you go to the self checkout till you can use your card how many times you want to !! They?re just rubbing the people that?s all !

Absolutely abysmal service do not go with this company they have messed up my order twice now in a matter of days. The driver who came from just eat was very aggressive and rude and unhelpful when l tried to reject order as it was clearly wrong and items were missing from the order. When l tried to reason and speak to the just eat driver he aggressively and deliberately threw the items back at me and into the hallway of my home just missing me by a few centimeters. I was shocked ? at his behaviour and reported it firstly to just eat who did absolutely nothing to address problem then l raised it with asda at brade drive who also were rude and did not want to rectify issue with my order. The hung up on me when l requested to speak to the manager of the store. So l again went back to the just eat customer service to rectify issue they failed again to do anything and took ages to respond in the hope l would forget the mistakes. What l then did was give an honest but scathing review of Asda and response given from just eat which resulted in Asda brade drive Coventry Walsgrave trying to get review removed and when they couldn't they prevented me from receiving an order from another Asda store after taking my money which l had to fight for to get back. They then would not accept further orders from me on just eat app or any others because they were worried my genuine and honest review which was 100% truthful and genuine review of their poor and absolutely abysmal service would negatively affect their business and could lose them money. They don't like it when real people make truthful, honest and genuine reviews based on first hand experience which puts them in a poor light and shows what Asda Brade drive Walsgrave really think of their customers, which is very little. They will apply underhanded tactics with delivery apps like just eat/uber to prevent customers who have been badly treated by Asda and done reviews which accordingly reflect this fact from being able to use Asda again, if they give negative but truthful reviews, to make it appear that the customer is at fault when it is Asda that have not been professional. I had been a very loyal customer previously now l will think twice before spending any of my hard earned money in Asda again. I suggest anyone reading this honest review treat positive reviews about Asda brade drive and other Asda stores in Coventry such as Abbey Park in future that they come across with a pinch of salt before deciding to shop there as they will only allow positive reviews to be displayed to give the impression to gullible members of the public that they are a store that cares about its customers, they do not , you are just cash cow's to them that feed their greed for profits which is their main objective. If Asda asks for genuine reviews from customers who are members of the public who have had dealings with their stores they should not try to get genuine reviews removed just because they don't like what is written or don't want people seeing negative feedback purely because it might affect their profits and will reflect badly on the stores identified. An honest review is honest regardless of what is written. I am merely sharing my experiences of the Asda stores identified to warn people about how little they think of customers who have a right to complain about poor services or rude behaviour and share those experiences with others to inform them of what to expect when you make a genuine complaint to Asda. You have been warned !! Asda know full well that genuine reviews that are negative but truthful are bad for business so will go to great lengths to make it hard for them to be shared with the general public and as such try to ensure this by complaining to Google or whoever to get them removed before people looking for unbiased, informed and real opinions have a chance to read them. It is only positive reviews that get shared which doesn't necessarily give a true picture of customers experiences or opinions of services provided by Asda stores identifie

I tried this store instead of my normal shop at Tesco.
I am shocked at how far behind asda are in sustainability. Broccoli still wrapped in plastic, no recycled toilet paper.
I'm also shocked at price when compared to using a club card at Tesco.
I will not be back until this store starts focusing on its corporate social responsibilities.

I've shopped at this store for 40 years and it's progressively getting worse. I couldn't find an item and the staff really couldn't be bothered to help me. But it's the long queues at the tills that have been the last straw. These past few weeks I have had to queue for the longest times. I have asked staff why they only have a few tills open and am told that's all they are allowed. All I can hear is customers moaning, understandably. This is also applicable to the self service sections too. Now because I have been unhappy with Asda for some time I have been trying other stores and the experience is night and day. I won't be going to Asda again.
