Pop into this shop regularly and some lovely members of staff Helen has served us a few times and she is so friendly and helpful. Michelle who I think is a manger is also always polite and helpful when we are in there

Customer service training needed for certain staff

I had a terrible experience at Coventry jubilee cresent's Asda today. We went there this morning as a family to grab some orange juice, but things took a turn for the worse. My daughter vomited while we were in line, and I had to handle the situation. I wasn't sure what to do. To my disappointment, none of the staff showed any concern or offered help; they just ignored us. Thankfully, a fellow customer stepped in to assist. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the experience even worse.

I've visited here a lot of times to purchase stuff for my house, it's nice and good for Asians like me. They can find 80% of the halal things here like veggies, poultry items, bakery items (halal), Asian Spices, kitchen stuff etc....You must visit?

You offer every service except for stock store checks. Can you update your website to show which store stock is available. Sick of wasting fuel driving from store to store to see if you have what I need in stock in that particular store. Or make the service available over the phone.

It's a good small store, but don't expect to find everything on your shopping list. And it's mostly self-service tills. It does have a small carpark that is free.
