Went in today to do a return and the lady helping us was so so lovely! Had a problem with the return but was so helpful and so friendly even when the shop was really busy. I don?t know her name unfortunately but she had blond hair and was working on register 1, just wanted to say thank you so much to her lovely member of staff!

Jakki and Matt were really supportive with my complaint on a purchase made two years ago. They did refund me fully for a faulty Hitachi TV outside warranty period!Wonderful support, thumbs up!

Argos, in Sainsbury's at Canley has a wide variety of things for sale. They are an excellent addition to the Sainsbury's shop, and well worth exploring if you need any products that Sainsbury's do not have in stock.

Rude and unprofessional staff.I purchased a Combi drill from them . The drill was not functioning as advertised in their website. I tried it once and found that it is way too under-powered for the intended use and wanted to rerun it on the next day.The person at the till refused to accept the return as I had opened the box. When I didn't accept his argument, he went in and returned with his manager. The manager too tried the same argument first. It was evident from the way they were talking to me that they were certain that I will believe them and leave with the faulty item. I felt that I received such a treatment at Argos because of my skin colour. I had to be really patient and repeatedly remind them about the law that allows a customer to return an item within 28 days of purchase. In my case I had only tested the item once, found it faulty and returned it in its original packaging with all accessories included.When they realised that I am not falling for their trick, they accepted the return after a long wait. This incident made me decide that I will never again make a purchase at Argos, Canely.Argos need to educate their employees about the customer rights. They also need to understand that if a customer is not white, that doesn't mean they can treat him whatever way they like.

Staff member named Linda was completely useless in helping it took 2 Staff members and a manager to tell her to do a regular procedure she was fully aware she couldn't do the procedure yet refused to go to the back to get someone more qualified this after a long queue on top of the lack of general help provided I will never be using this store again

I will not go shopping again here Canly Argos because staff and manager was very rude, unprofessional.products is terrible at this store. I was refused a replacement on a faulty item.
